About: Hi there! I have been pet sitting off and on for over 10 years. I love every dog and strive to give them the best time possible. Enrichment is my specialty, as I love to help a dog's brain work. I am the owner of Your Pet Life Coach, and I help teach people about how enrichment activities can be fun for your pup and also help with behavior issues. I am a self-taught dog trainer and have trained a few dogs, even one for commericals and photo shoots. My ideal day would be chilling with the pup, allowing them to tell me what they would like to do: cuddle, play ball, train. I believe I read every dog very well. I have a certificate in Animal Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Massage, along with certification in pet first aid and CPR. I have experience with both geriatric seniors and puppies, helping old dogs get up and move around, and training puppies to potty train and perform basic obedience. I am available every evening during the week, for check ins, walking and other fun activities. I am almost always available the entire day on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I work a full time job at WashU. I am in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8-5. If your pet can not be alone that long, I can make arrangements with my husband to check on them during the day. He will also come to the meet and greet that we set up ahead of time. I am very thorough with retrieving all information from the pet parent, and also reading the pets body language. I follow the owners rules in their home and with their pet. I am available for house sitting (I have experience with plants and other small animals as well), for daily walks, and check ins.

About: I have been working in a dog boarding facility for some time now. I also have 5 dogs of my own ranging from a toy poodle to a Great Dane. I'm currently studying to become a zookeeper. I'm not afraid of any kind of animal, except maybe snakes. I don't like snakes. I have been pet sitting for families in my local area for 3-4 years and I have 30+ families. I am a foster parent to animals. I have hand raised kittens before that barely had a fighting chance after their mom was hit. I have also hand raised baby bunnies for the reason of the mother rejecting them. Animals are my passion and it shows in my work. When I watch animals, I typically do 3 visits per day and overnight for an additional charge.

About: I’ve always lived with dogs, and now I have a dog. Me and my boyfriend, and Louie (Chihuahua mix) are very friendly . We’re living in an Air Force housing. (Not inside the base) I’m working full time at home with flexible schedules. I’m originally from Tokyo, Japan, lived in Hawaii for 10 years, moved here in 2 years ago. I have safe fence balcony. Safe house area, with gate code. My neighbor is in the Air Force, there are many parks inside the gate.

About: I have experience with animals of all different sizes, ages and temperaments. I am new to Rover but definitely not new to taking care of animals. I have been fostering cats and dogs for years through MEHS, BAHS and stray rescue STL. Can provide proof if needed. I recently adopted one of my beautiful foster babies (Lilo). She is the only dog I have currently and is only 5 months old and very friendly with anyone and everything. I do have a 9 year old (Simba) and 6 month old (Charlie) cat, as well as a turtle (Peanut) I have had for 5 years. All of my animals are spayed/neutered. They are all allowed to enjoy the furniture just as much as I am. I would love to give your animals all the love and care while you are away. I am currently in college, so in my free time, I am usually home studying and cuddling up with my fur babies on the couch. I work part-time nights so I usually go in late while the animals are asleep so I am able to spend the day taking care of our pets. I make sure to feed them, give them a nice fresh bowl of clean water. Spoil them with a treat or two. Give them some love and affection, let them out to use the restroom and walk them if that is something you'd like me to do as well, as i know all animals have different needs and some need more exercise than others. If they are on a special diet or need any special care, just let me know as I am quite the note taker and can absolutely meet those needs for you.

About: I used to foster dogs. My yard is pretty big and I have a doggie door. My dogs do not mind visitors. I am off work during the summer and all major holidays. I am a teacher so I am off for the summers. When school is in session, I get off early and I am usually home before 4pm. I have a fenced in yard that can be accessed by a doggie door. I have 3 small dogs. I walk them and play with them on a regular basis. I also have 2 cats.

About: Ever since a young age, I’ve always wanted to take care of others/animals. I left human medicine in 2020, and went into veterinary medicine. I never looked back! The past 5 years, I’ve worked as a vet tech for a local humane society and a local animal hospital. I learned so much!! From animal education, to reading body language as a second instinct, to caring for birds and even wildlife. I have experience in caring for almost every companion you could think of. I’m educated in medical cases and disabled pets as well. I also have experience in dealing with reactive dogs. My own dog is reactive. He has taught me so much over the past 3 years together. They are still a dog and deserve to be a dog, we just have to help them rewire their brain. I have learned the patience and I’ve seen the rewards🥹 My family sees a major difference in my dog since adopting him. I call myself a stay at home pet mom right now. Due to some health issues, I’m unable to perform my job I love so much. That being said, I’d love to add your babies to my OPEN availability! As I mentioned, I do have a reactive dog. He is not “agressive”! A lot of the times people get fear mixed up with anger. I keep him crated when I’m not home. He does fine with most dogs. Especially if they are smaller than him. If they are bigger then him, he gets a little rambunctious. I have a large back yard, but is not fenced in yet. I take my dog out via leash all day, every day. I never leave my own pet, let alone someone else’s, outside unattended. I also have cat but I have many rooms that I have set up, so if needed she will be put in her car room. If your pets don’t do okay with cats, I will make sure she is up. I used to have a pitbull that was no cat friendly and we existed for years together🥰

After a day of work or activities, evening walks can help dogs burn off any extra energy before bedtime. I would create a pet friendly area with comfortable bedding, toys, and access to fresh water. If a pet stays over for awhile, I’d make sure they have their own quiet space where they can retreat if they need rest.
