About: I’ve been taking care of a few dogs in my neighborhood for 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! Growing up I’ve had 3 dogs and now I own one cat. When I pet sit I love being able to play with the pets and care there for them while their owners are away. I go to NC State for college, and I am currently home for summer break! I am not employed anywhere else right now, so I am free most days of the week to pet sit! I go back to school August 15th, so all dog services will be stopped then. When house sitting I always make sure to listen to the rules the owner has set in place regarding their pet. I will also contact the owner immediately if anything were to happen to their pet, or even to get some clarification on something I’m not sure about.

About: I’ve had pets for my whole life . All sizes . I rescued a pug mix 2 years ago . He is 10 years old now and we are both happy to have each other. My last dog was another senior dog when he passed at 16.5 years i rescued him at 5 months . My dogs are family So work hybrid in the medical field Home on weekends and home at least 2 days a week but able to work at home when needed I have one senior dog at home who is very friendly. I have small yard but near greenway . i walk my dog all the time i live in a very quiet neighborhood.

I am looking to help other dog owners out with their fur babies. We have a fenced in yard and dogs will be able to freely roam on the main floor of our house. Depending on your needs, the dog can either be crated or uncrated at night.

About: I love dogs like they’re my own children. My experience as a dog handler at a doggy daycare, taught me the skill to always be very aware of our surroundings to ensure the safety of the animal as well as others we may encounter. I am cheeky attentive in making sure I’m never putting myself or your pets in any harmful environments or situations. As well as thoroughly following any personalized needs for you and your pet to have a harmonious and reassuring relationship. I am a mom of 2 who has a very flexible schedule who would just love to help anyone with a busier schedule to keep their fur babies taken care of daily. My dogs are treated like my babies but I am totally aware some people have boundaries at their own homes and would have zero issues with respecting their protocols. I have a fenced in yard so they have more freedom but I do have an older dog I need to use a run with so I am very familiar with dogs who like to adventure out. I take them with us anywhere we can and enjoy walking and socializing them. I will follow any details provided from each client as each dog has their own specifications.

About: As a biology teacher, rescue worker, and pet lover I have experience caring for animals that some people have never heard of! We currently have a bearded dragon, a musk turtle, a Catahoula mix dog, and a number of fish. I love them all, and I’ll show your pets the same care and attention that I do mine. I am a full time school teacher and mother of three. If you’d like your dog socialized, I can provide socialization. If they need snuggles, snuggles abound here. If you have more than just dogs, we can talk about that, too! I know how hard it is to find people willing to care for critters that need live food, insects, a bit of hard work and more, so I'm willing to help where needed. As long as you can provide instructions, I'm willing to learn some new things too. I’m available evenings and weekends during the school year and all day every day (as long as I’m not on vacation) during the summer. Just let me know what you need! I have a fenced in yard and a dog-friendly large dog. My children are well trained in how to approach and introduce themselves to new pets.

“Amanda was great! We had a last minute need for a couple of drop in visits on Thanksgiving and didn’t know if we’d be able to find someone to watch our husky/shepherd. Amanda was available for 2 drop ins! Each time she let me know when she was on the way and when she was leaving. She sent pictures and updated us on how our Lola was. We are very pleased with our first experience with rover AND Amanda. We will definitely be using her again in the future!”

About: I have volunteered at the National Mill Dog Rescue so I understand the verbal and non verbal clues that your pets will display when you hire me I am currently working full time supporting the military so I am able to support rest breaks during the evening after 5pm, weekends, or during the whole day of Federal Holidays My current apartment living, while waiting on a house, does not allow me to host your pets. I would only be able to stop in at your place or do a sleep over if you allow my two small dogs to stay overnight

About: I've taken care of pets for as long as I can remember, ranging from my own to family to friends. Your babies will be in great hands as I will love and cuddle them as much as you do when you are there . If they prefer I keep my distance that's fine too as I'll just keep them fed and content as they can be with you gone. I work remote so I have very flexible hours and times that I am able to come and let your baby out for a potty break or stay with them while you are out of town. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs so please do not be worried about the age of your babies. I also have experience with different activity ranges from basset hounds to gsps. Pit bulls to Chihuahuas. I am comfortable with each and every one of them I am working remotely so I have time and flexibility for you and your pets needs. Please just let me know and I can work it in perfectly Unfortunately I cannot allow pets into my home as I have a basset hound that is not a huge fan of other dogs except for the other family dogs he grew up with. That being said I can take care of and care for your fur babies in your home how ever you see fit. If you want me to walk them, fenced in yard to let them run around or even just show up and give them cuddles . Whatever makes you and your fur baby comfortable

About: I have had pets around me my whole life: dogs, cats, fish..the usual. I have a love of fur babies. Animals usually seem to gravitate to me and I love it. Have watched and taken care of the pets of friends and family for years. My goal in caring for your pets is to make sure that even though they miss you when you're gone, it won't seem like you're gone long to them due to the love and care I will provide them. I am not working at the moment so I have plenty of time to devote to your precious family members. My house is small so I will only be able to come to you. I am available to devote as much time as you and your little ones need. I live in a small home with 2 others. I have my baby Willow who is 2 years old and a Boxer/Sheppard/Pit mix. We don't have a fully fenced in yard but there is a dog park nearby that I love taking her to.
