About: Hello, I’m Jess! I grew up around animals from the time I could walk until now. I’ve had dogs, cats, turtles, hamsters, fish and a horse! I’ve always felt so comfortable and at ease around all kinds of animals and have always tried to help every animal I can (even if my parents didn’t appreciate it haha). I currently moved down to North Carolina with my cat and lived with 4 other cats, 4 dogs, and 6 birds before now. I also rescued a 9week old kitten from a dumpster a couple months ago! I’m really excited to have the chance to care for your fur babies while you’re unavailable! I can ensure they will stick to any schedule they may have, have any necessary medications on time, and are happy and safe before I let them have their “me” time! I’m currently working night shifts, part time, so I’m available during the day for our pets and late at night! I typically have 3 days off per week and am able to work around my work schedule to ensure your pets have the best care possible! I like to come in and figure out what I can do to make the fur babies days a little better! Make sure they have food, water, find some treats and toys for them, and have a field day of play! About: I have worked in animal shelters. I have rescued stray and abused animals and helped located their owners and if I couldn't I kept them until they were ready to find a home. I am currently taking college courses to become an animal cop I want to continue to save the abused and neglected animals. I treat my pets like family. I have helped animals including babysitting in my home and at the residents for 18 years. I have worked at the animal shelter and volunteered there. My passion for animals has never changed.
