“Mary has been a truly wonderful friend and neighbor since 2014. She is such a sweet, kind and gentle person; we are truly blessed by her! She loves her furbabies, and goes the extra mile to make sure they are provided for in every way. She loved my Daisy and Lily (my two indoor cats) so much! About 3 years ago, there was a stray cat that came to my backdoor; I fell in love with her and named her Buttercup! She is strictly an outdoor cat, but Mary fell in love with her as I had and loved all over this sweet stray cat........ Buttercup could sense the love in return from Mary. She is always licking Mary's toes. Hahaha. Mary is very soft spoken, so the animals just love her and are drawn to her!!! I have even seen a big turtle in my back yard, and where I would not pick the turtle up due to fear, Mary immediately came over and took control of the situation, and she took the turtle to a safe place in the woods. About: I have worked in animal shelters. I have rescued stray and abused animals and helped located their owners and if I couldn't I kept them until they were ready to find a home. I am currently taking college courses to become an animal cop I want to continue to save the abused and neglected animals. I treat my pets like family. My kids also love animals. They have sat and watched animal cops with me and they say to me mommy we need to help them they need a family. It's sweet seeing my kids feeling the same passion as I do. I am a stay at home mom I do babysit kids during the week. I make sure all dogs get exercise while in my home. I have one 12 year old dog I allow all the animals to free roam unless I start seeing some aggression then I do separate bathroom times and things.
