She stayed at our home for 6 days while we were away and took incredible care of our French Bulldog who was recovering from an IVDD flare-up. Frenchies can definitely be little forever babies with lots of quirks and extra needs, but Ally handled everything perfectly! She kept us updated every day with thoughtful messages and pictures, paid close attention to Bella’s routine, made sure she stayed comfortable and kept up with administering her medications. Coming home to a happy, relaxed dog was the greatest peace of mind! About: I grew up on a farm so I have lots of experience with all kinds of animals. I currently volunteer with BARCS and SPCA and frequently take on high needs medical fosters. I will happily care for your animals based on their individual needs no matter how complex. I'm free most weekday afternoons and weekends, I have a pretty flexible schedule so I can work around your needs in a lot of cases I'm available for drop in visits and some overnight stays. I'll treat your home and pets with the same care and consideration as my own.

About: I’ve had a dog in my household ever since I was a little girl. I am a huge animal person and extremely reliable. I will give your dog love, attention, exercise and anything else it might need. Dogs are the best thing to happen to this planet and I want to do anything I can to give them all the love that they deserve. I have a dog of my own named Sir, so I know how much responsibility they can be, and I am dependable because I know that he depends on me. I have experience with both large and small dogs and my dog is extremely friendly when it comes to playing with other dogs. Dogs are not just a part of my life—they give me a life worth living. I currently work remote 2 days a week and am available most weekends. I take my own dog on 2 walks a day most days (1 morning & 1 evening) and let him out a few times a day in the backyard. I have a fenced in yard and a dog of my own! If you are uncomfortable with your dog interacting with mine I will be sure to keep them separated!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
