When I enter your home to take care of your pets, I start off with a warm hello to let your pets know I’m there and welcome them as they prefer (some like pets some like to be left alone!). I’ll entertain or stimulate your furry friends as requested. When I leave, I make sure everything is locked up and your furry friends are safe upon return. I’m available after 5:30pm Monday thru Thursday. I have more flexibility on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I am a part-timer on Rover. About: In 2020 me and my family started fostering dogs. In that time we fostered over 10 and made sure they got to go to good homes! In that time we also ended up adopting one of the dogs as well. Since then I have always loved being around them. I am an active person and like to be outside and go on walks/runs. I am currently a senior at the University of Tennessee. I would be able to fit in a pet care schedule well with my time. I currently only have one class on Monday and Wednesday and I have 3 on Tuesday and Thursday leaving my fridays wide open. Even without a pet right now I go on 2 walks/runs a day so bringing along a buddy to do so would be no problem! I know for pets especially being around a new person can be very stressful so I always think it is a good idea to meet the dog before actually agreeing to pet sit or talk it on walks to make sure that we are familiar with each other.
