“This was our first away trip and Letty was a blessing. She was at the house as she described during our first meeting and kept our pups and cat on routine. As we were away, Letty sent pictures of everyone and gave us feedback, describing her interactions with everyone. To a t- she pointed out their personality traits which gave us a sense of warmth, knowing that she took time to get to know everyone. Letty is observant and takes her position seriously. She is kind and even put our trash can in when we did not ask.”

“This was my first time in about 3 years of having to leave Xena alone with a sitter, I'm not sure who was more anxious, me or the dog. After the meet and greet with Leah, I knew that her and Xena would be friends. Leah was great at keeping my nerves at bay by providing updates and sending pictures. Xena was genuinely excited to have Leah watch her and that makes me happy. I could not recommend Leah enough - she was fantastic.”

“Gabby is the best! This is the second time she's watched our dogs. She reached out to meet again beforehand because it had been awhile and one of our dogs is very skittish with new people. It was a great idea and helped our dog acclimate during her stay. Would, and have, recommended to friends.”

About: I have experience with taking care of pets since a young age when my grandparents decided to foster 6 dogs at once!! I personally have always had pets in my life and as an adult, I currently have 4 dogs- 3 senior dogs whom I've raised since puppy and the newest edition is a 3 yr old! They are my fur babies and I hope you let me take care of yours :) I currently work from home - mon - friday. I am available to leave home and tend to your pet as needed. Weekends are open and available to spend as much time with your pets as needed My pets are indoor pets (aka spoiled couch dwellers) and I have a fenced in yard. I take them (4 dogs) on walks when needed or run around with them in the back yard. Safety is always a priority and I have two big windows and sliding door to the back yard so there are always eyes on the dogs when outside.

“Sonia was so kind to take a last minute booking for a family emergency. She came for a meet and greet and asked great questions to make sure she was prepared. She was communicative and sent pictures throughout the stay, and followed through the schedule we had discussed. She definitely seems like a dog whisperer, when she came to bring the key back, my dog stood at the door watching her! I would absolutely welcome her back to house/dog sit.”

“Abigail was absolutely wonderful with our pets! We have very high energy dogs and she kept them entertained and happy! We highly recommend her and will book her again in the future!”

“Victoria was super responsive and took great care of our dogs, plus lots of pictures and updates! She also left our house in great condition, even after all the rain. We will definitely be hiring her again!”

About: As a dedicated Texas A&M recent graduate with a passion for the well-being of our four-legged companions, I’ve balanced my academic life with volunteering to foster both puppies and kittens. I’ve cared for litters of up to four puppies and three kittens at a time, nurturing them from six weeks of age until they were ready for their forever homes. This experience has strengthened my skills in early training, socialization, and daily care—managing feeding schedules, potty training, and providing lots of love and attention. In addition, I’ve had the privilege of caring for my own senior dog, which has given me a deep understanding of the unique needs that come with every stage of a pet’s life. I truly believe pets are members of the family, and I will care for yours with the utmost respect, patience, and love—just as I would my own. Home in San Antonio for the remainder of summer, taking care of your pet is currently my full time job. Currently flexible to fit your schedule. I can crate, and offer basic training services. Currently not offering any boarding or day care services at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

About: Caring for pets has been a rewarding experience in my life. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs and livestock as well. Animals bring me a joy that people cannot. I’ve learned that a happy pet is a well cared for pet. I have experience with puppies as well as senior dogs. I love walks and playful interactions with dogs, and I make sure every dog feels comfortable around me. I am currently registered as a full time college student, but I do have about half the week available to care for your lovely animals. I do have two of my own furry dogs at home, which I take care of on the daily basis. I am able to provide proper care with exercise as well as handling excited dogs.

About: What sets me apart is my ability to quickly build trust with even the most timid or independent puppy, dog, or senior dog in your family. It will be my primary job outside of taking care of my elderly parents. I have the flexibility to be able to spend quality time. I will take care of your pet in your home, based of your specific instructions. Pets do better in their normal environment, it helps with trust.

Layla A.
“I highly recommend Layla for this pet caregiving job. I've known Layla for two years and during that time, I've seen her love for animals and her natural ability to care for them. Whether it’s taking the time to ensure pets are comfortable, feeding them on time, or providing the perfect balance of play and relaxation, Layla is incredibly responsible and attentive. She is trustworthy, reliable, and truly dedicated to making sure pets feel safe and happy. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to trust her with my own cat.”

Dora T.
“Dora was a wonderful fur-sitter for my cats. We have 4 cats and it takes a lot of work to care for them for a full week, but Dora was a amazing! She came twice a day to feed them, clean their litter boxes, and spend time playing with them. Even my shy cat Milo warmed up to her. Dora sent me regular updates and photos, which really put my mind at ease. I came home to happy, healthy cats and a clean house. I highly recommend Dora for anyone needing pet services.”

Negin D.Star Sitter

“Negin was great! She gave updates and photos. She seemed to really care and be attentive to our puppy!”
Silverbrook pet parents share their Rover experiences
Samuel is amazing! He’s very communicative, professional, and respectful. I’ve had Samuel do check-ins before and just had him house sit for a few days, last minute. Samuel was super quick to respond and really came in clutch. I had no doubts in my mind that my puppy would be well taken care of when we were gone. I will continue to request him as long as he is available in the future. You pups will be in great hands with Samuel!

Lauren is a gem! She house-sat my dog for 9 days and even took care of my plants! I was so nervous about taking a vacation away from my dog, but the regular updates and pictures helped me to feel comfortable and enjoy my vacation. When I returned, the house was clean and my dog was happy. I have already recommended Lauren to family and friends and will absolutely hire her again for my next vacation!

Samantha was the absolute best! It’s not often we leave our pups especially for a week and a half so we were nervous to find someone we trusted to take care them and make them feel good while we were gone- Samantha did that and more! Sent pictures and updates everyday and also we truly could tell she loved being around our pups which gave us a sense of ease. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a sitter while you are away!

Sonia was so kind to take a last minute booking for a family emergency. She came for a meet and greet and asked great questions to make sure she was prepared. She was communicative and sent pictures throughout the stay, and followed through the schedule we had discussed. She definitely seems like a dog whisperer, when she came to bring the key back, my dog stood at the door watching her! I would absolutely welcome her back to house/dog sit.

Christian and his wife are fantastic sitters!! We felt 100% comfortable leaving our 3 pups in their care. They sent updates, photos and videos every day while we were away so we could clearly see how happy and spoiled they were. We were on a week long vacation and I didn’t have a single worry while we were away. We have (what we consider) difficult dogs due to various things and they were able to handle them very well. We will definitely be booking with them again should needs arise!

Brandy was an amazing house and pet sitter! She came to the rescue the night before we went out of town and our previous sitter cancelled. And during a holiday week too! She was very communicative and responded quickly and sent us updates of our boy and also spent so much time with him! Our house was just as we left it when we returned! We’re so thankful to have found Brandy and can’t wait for her to be our go to sitter in the future. Thanks for everything :)

This was my second booking with Mari and she did a fantastic job! She was great at keeping me in the loop with photos and updates on my kitties. My favorite thing of all was that she was able to make my SUPER shy cat, Flora, come out of her shell and explore/want pets instead of just hiding away in a closet. I think it speaks volumes to how kind and patient Mari is with the animals she cares for. I would trust her to watch my cats anytime and recommend her to others as well!
