“She is an amazing pet sitter! Very kind and our dog loves her!”

“Jessica cared for our dog and cat (drop-in visits) while we were away for a week. Very reliable, communicative, and sweet with our pets. House was as we left it, pets were healthy and happy upon our return. We’ve already booked Jessica for our next vacation. Highly recommend!”

“Berenice was consistent and kept my cats from guessing at what time they will eat and get some cuddles. I appreciate this because they do not like change. She communicated via Rover only which was a bit hard because of where we were so next time I will insist on getting texts instead if possible. She was also very responsive when I asked her to do something.”

“Emily has been wonderful with Heisenberg! I am so grateful for her help. I was nervous to have a stranger take care of him, but I couldn't be happier with how well it has worked out.”

“Sarah did it again! We have a whole herd at our house between resident and foster dogs and she gave great care to everyone. We just feel so much better having her stop by when we are gone for a long day.”

“Emily took great care of my three kitties while I was gone. She was wonderful at communicating and following the instructions I left. The litter area is clean and she watered my plants! I highly recommend her for your pet care. A+++”

“Lisa was excellent! Very communicative sending us cute pictures of our Sammy. She took great care to each instruction. I'm sure Sammy misses her!! 🌞Everything was left perfectly!! I will definitely rebook with Lisa!!!! 🐈⬛️💗”

“Megan was so wonderful!! Our sassy cat loved her and we could tell he felt comfortable with her and was calm when we got home after a week away. We are so thankful to have found her and are way more confident with leaving in the future!”

“Emily was absolutely fantastic with our cat. He is a little skittish and still young and can have a hard time getting used to new people, but he warmed up to Emily very quickly - she is highly experienced with cats and the way they communicate. Rover report cards were highly detailed every single day, and the pictures were so sweet, even though our boy is still too hyperactive to be the most photogenic. It was the biggest relief being out of state knowing that he was under such fantastic care. I would recommend Emily to anyone with an anxious pet, she truly has a gift with animals!”

About: PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ME IF YOU HAVE PENDING REQUESTS TO OTHER SITTERS. Please understand that when you send me a request, I have to turn down other potential clients while I wait for you to confirm. Thanks in advance for being a considerate neighbor and human. I had dogs all through childhood and college, and miss having a four-legged friend around! Sadly, my own work travel schedule prevents me from having a doggo of my own right now, so I thought that it would be a good compromise to lend a hand to other frequent flyers who love their pup too much to put them in the kennel. Rest assured that your dog will not get just a 15-minute lap around the block to pee, I'll take him or her to the dog park, on a hike, or if your pup is more low-key, I'll totally snuggle on the couch. My pet ownership experience is mostly with big dogs (sheperds), so that's definitely my soft spot, but I've taken care of all breeds and sizes through volunteering as a foster with a rescue group in my former home of Washington, DC. I have a reliable car, so it's easy for me to get to your place to check in a couple of times a day. I work from home, so I am pretty flexible. I do live with a sassy cat, but we live in a big duplex where pets can be separated if needed. I will strive to stick to your pet's usual routine whether I am sitting at your home or boarding in my own home. They are already missing their humans, and maintaining their routine gives them one less thing to be anxious about.

“Times were agreed upon and her accommodations were spectacular! Very good communication and the pictures she sent made me feel like she really knew my animal to show that they were OK.”

“Julie was wonderful-very attentive to our 2 cats and their needs. She sent photos and was great at communicating updates-highly recommend using Julie!”

“Erica was very thorough and did a wonderful job taking care of Cooper at lunchtime. You can definitely tell she cares about dogs. We would recommend her and use her again to care for our pup.”

About: What sets me apart is the level of love, patience, and attention I give to every pet in my care. Whether it’s a bouncy puppy learning the ropes or a sweet senior needing extra support, I tailor my care to fit each pet’s unique needs. I have experience with basic puppy training, including leash manners, crate comfort, and potty routines. I’m also confident caring for senior dogs—administering medication, helping with mobility, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Your pet won’t just get a sitter—they’ll get a new friend who truly cares, communicates well, and treats them like family. As a student with a very flexible school schedule, I’m able to plan my days around pet care pretty easily—as long as I have a little notice, I can make it work! I love spending time with animals, whether it's getting outside for a good walk or just hanging out at home. On weekends, you can usually find me curled up with a furry friend or two—it’s honestly my favorite way to relax. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in yours, safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I make sure pets feel secure, loved, and right at home—whether that means sticking to their usual routine, keeping their environment calm, or giving them extra one-on-one attention. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and follow all instructions carefully—from feeding schedules to walk times and any special quirks your pet may have. In my home, I keep things clean, cozy, and pet-friendly, with lots of snuggle spots and safe spaces to relax. Building trust with both pets and their people is important to me, and I always aim to communicate clearly and keep you updated so you feel at ease while you're away.

“We are so glad Kristine was available on Christmas Day to check on our cat. She came a few days prior on late notice for a meet and greet and provided a nice update!”

About: Growing up we had three dogs and they all lived very long lives and unfortunately passed within the span of a few months. We rescued two beautiful cocker spaniels Charlie and Minx to go along with our family dog Maya who was coincidentally a cocker spaniel. My job in the family was always to take care of the cats, dogs, and rabbits. I loved taking care of animals and my favorite activity was going for walks with the dogs. I currently am enrolled at MATC and am in the radiography program. I have a long break before registration for the Radiography petition window is open and would love to spend my extra free time taking care of pets. I also set my availability as available for all days of the week to accommodate last minute appointments. From our cat Moo to my leopard gecko Richard all of the animals in my house are pampered daily. I would treat each clients animal the same way that I treat mine. All animals are treasures and we as humans are honestly blessed to get to take care of them. All animals have different personalities and I believe that each one requires different kinds of care. Some animals loved to be touched and held whereas some are hesitant at first or it may make them anxious. Being able to respect and discern these traits early on will help make the animal feel more relaxed and trust you.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and I just love them so much! I’ve had experience caring for my parents’ dogs for half the year while they lived out of state (retired). I cared for them until the end of their lives and I have experience with dogs who need medication or other needs. I have experience with training dogs. I love to snuggle and play with them! I am currently not working another job so I have lots of availability to care for pets. I love getting outside so walks and playing fit perfectly in my routine. I’m a very responsible person (I’m a Virgo!) and I love animals. I’ll care for your home and leave it better than I arrived. Unfortunately I can’t have pets stay at my home. You can always trust me with your fur babies!

He also gets a nail trim and soak weekly. I always make sure any pet in any type of environment is comfortable, but in my home i have a designated spot for my lizard dracula, and he has his food, water , and proper lighting he needs. As a keyholder at work, I have to prep dogs for boarding so i always make sure they have their food, water, blankets and meds administered.

10. Ashley W.
“Ashley is quite the do lover. She no only loves dogs but has tons of energy for those who like to be super active. In the time I have known Ashley she has not only watched dogs I've had and done an excellent job but she is also a former foster with a local dog rescue. When fostering with an off transport rescue you rarely know what to expect and Ashley has shown that she can care for many types of dogs of varying temperaments. The most memorable was very anxious and mouthy beagle who was later put on Prozac to help with her temperament and behavior. Ashley fostered Tallulah until she was adopted to later be returned multiple times because people just couldn't deal with the challenge that Ashley was. If I had a personal dog i would not only trust Ashley with its care but not worry because I know she would do anything she could to assure it's comfort and care.”
