Everything was wonderful. I got pictures with each visit and I knew Olaf was in good hands. I missed him though,as this was only the second time I had left him since adopting him in February. I think it was a good experience for both of us. He got play time, stroller time and was obviously fed and watered as I would have done. I highly recommend Ayla. She is very knowledgable about cats and gave me some good tips on care since I had not had a cat for many years. I recommend this service and Ayla highly.
She and her husband were amazing and so friendly! They were so communicative and accommodating to my two cats that take a while to warm up. This week they took sooooo long to come around but they were so patient and sent so many updates and pictures! It calmed my nerves a lot.
Our experience with Theresa was great! Communication was clear and prompt, and she was always responsive. When we arrived home we could tell our kitties had been well taken care of and all their needs met. Everything was tidy and exactly as we had left it. She even was able to administer pills to my senior cat which was a huge relief.
