About: As a certified dog trainer, you can trust me to care for your dogs. A daily walk to a nearby goat farm will be fun for your dog or a day of playing in the yard! Dogs are my career, my passion. I have a pool that provides the dogs with fun and exercise during the hot summer months. My goal is to give your dog a vacation of their dreams while you have peace of mind to enjoy your vacation. Dogs are a joy! I love to surround myself with dogs, to exercise with dogs, and to train dogs. Tricks are especially fun to train! Hiking with my dogs is one of my favorite things to do! I would love to take your dog hiking too. I’m currently working 3 days a week and home most days. My own dogs needs frequent potty breaks as seniors and I stay active with a young Jack Russell Terrier! I have a walled and fenced yard with a gate. There’s a tall chain link fence to keep coyotes out and prevent any dogs who jump the wall from escaping the yard completely.
About: I have been pet sitting since I was 11 years old. When my neighbor would go on vacation she would have me come by to feed, medicate and walk daily. I've grown up around all kinds of animals and have volunteered with animal shelters and groomers. I have owned several dogs and cats in my life. I raise Dachshunds and I am very observant to dangerous situations, foods, toxic house hold items and more. Prevention is the best safety method! I don't wait until someone gets hurt to improve the environment. I look for what could lead to a situation first, take care of it, then proceed.
About: I have owned and cared for many, many dogs over the years (also cats, a bird, fish, hamsters, turtles). I LOVE animals! I have cared for a very sick dog while her owner was out of the country. No one wants that to happen but I am dedicated to the care of all animals as if they were my own children. I understand each animals unique personality and needs. I love hiking and walking and there are no better companions than dogs. My first priority is keeping your pet safe, second is their happiness! I understand that having their owners away can be stressful so they need lots of love and exercise. I won't be walking multiple dogs so that I can give enough attention to each individual dog. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
