Hillary made our first experience with Rover great! Our dog Georgie was apart of our wedding ceremony and needed him to go somewhere during the reception. Hillary was more than happy to pick him up from our venue and take him back to her home for the evening! She took him on a trail walk and sent pictures throughout the night. It made our wedding day even better knowing he was in great hands with her and her family!

Paige was an excellent caretaker, communicator, and she was even very flexible when we needed to add a day! Our pup had playmates and she came up with ideas to keep him happy and fulfilled while we were gone. Even gave me an idea or two! We appreciate how well she cared for our pup, and we would book again!

Goldie, being a rescue, is a really anxious and apprehensive dog. Lydia was awesome with her, she has the expertise (being a foster for a rescue) to make the dog feel comfortable and safe. Goldie was really spoiled in her stay, we also ran into a delay in our trip and Lydia was awesome and understanding. I totally recommend her for sitting your dog!!

Always pleasant & my pups genuinely LOVE going to see Daisy🐾❤️🐾 I don't worry about their safety or if they're lonely. Drop off & pick up has always went smoothly. We've been using Daisy for over a year now, with at least 3 different stays, and never any issues. Thanks for giving my Pup's a home away from home❤️ I will continue to be a repeat customer.

About: What sets me apart as a sitter is my strong experience working with dogs and puppies of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels. I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, starting with pets belonging to family and friends, which helped me build a solid foundation of hands-on experience with dogs in everyday home environments. I’m especially comfortable with puppies and understand the patience and consistency they need while learning routines like potty training, crate training, leash walking, and basic commands. I also enjoy helping reinforce positive behaviors through structure, repetition, and lots of encouragement. For adult dogs, I adapt easily to their personality—whether they are high-energy and need plenty of exercise or more relaxed and prefer a calm routine. I also have experience with senior dogs who may need a slower pace, medication reminders, and extra attention to comfort and mobility. I pay close attention to each dog’s individual needs, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements, and behavioral cues, so they feel secure and understood while in my care. My goal is always to create a safe, trusting environment where dogs feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for. I also provide regular updates, photos, and communication so you always know how your pet is doing while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, especially with my availability in the afternoons and evenings. Since I work part time, I have ample time during the day to give pets the attention, exercise, and care they need. I enjoy spending my evenings going on walks, which would make it easy and consistent for me to provide daily exercise and outdoor time. I also look forward to using my free time for play, feeding, and bonding activities that help build trust and comfort with pets. In my home or a client’s home, I provide pet care with consistency, attentiveness, and respect for the animal’s routine and comfort level. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, portion sizes, medication instructions if needed, and any specific preferences the owner provides. I make sure pets always have fresh water, regular meals, and a clean, safe environment. I prioritize daily exercise and enrichment through walks, playtime, and interaction suited to the pet’s age, energy level, and personality. I also focus on building trust through calm, patient handling and positive attention. In a client’s home, I am mindful of maintaining the space exactly as instructed, keeping things clean and secure, and making sure the pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. I understand the importance of routine, so I do my best to keep things as normal and stress-free as possible for the pet while their owner is away. Overall, my approach is to care for each pet as if they were my own—providing reliable, loving, and responsible care tailored to their individual needs

About: Hi there, my name is Kristen and I have a slight dog obsession. November 2025 started year five of me owning and operating a pet care company that is listed as an LLC in Ohio, and I have loved every single second of it! While on a walk your dog will be my sole focus. I will be sure to select a different route (if possible) during each walk to help them get familiar with their area, but to also help stimulate their brain with the different scents. If you have multiple dogs that need to be walked separately, for any reason, I will rotate my routes so that each dog is exploring a different area instead of where their fur sibling just was. I am happy to go as fast paced, or as leisurely as Fido wants to take our time together. My typical drop-in (play date) visit consists of the following: enter and greet your beloved furkid who will be totally excited to see me (hello treats!- only if it's okay with you first), and then take them outside to potty. While outside I am happy to play fetch, or any other activity they're interested in. Once we come back in I check the water/food situation, and am happy to take care of any medical needs that may be required at this time from giving pills to injections. There's time for a snuggle, or a game, and then it's one last potty break before I head out for the morning or afternoon. I send detailed Rover cards after every visit, and will include as many photos as possible. For boarding and daycare we are located on 30 acres in Tipp City, with 6 private fully fenced dog parks to choose from. We have 10 kennels, and pups are kenneled during enrichment and overnight with an on-site team member who stays with them. Disney Channel + YouTube classical music plays while pups rest in their kennels between private park playtime and playgroup. You can find out more information by looking at Blockheads and Bows Pet Services LLC online! Dog walking/pet sitting is my passion and full time career. Even while having a steady schedule I have the flexibility that allows me to get to your VIP quickly while maintaining a high level of quality care for all of the animals I care for. From how your pets eat their meals, to sleeping arrangements I try to keep things as normal as possible for them. During my time with your pet they have my undivided attention.

She is professional yet friendly & stayed in contact with us - communication was open not forced. She was available to work around my schedule on very short notice. Demonstrated enormous love & compassion for animals. Her rates are very reasonable for the services she provides. I had a true feeling of trust & peace of mind when leaving my Bubba. About: Keeping tails wagging and minds happy with love and attention. I believe every pet deserves love, fun, and focus because they’re family too! Puppy care, special needs support, brain games, training, and exercise. Walks, bathing, agility playtime, brain games, specialized training and more! Because I have the flexibility to work from home whenever needed, I’m able to provide attentive, low-stress care and companionship for your furry family members 24/7. My workday typically ends by 2:00 PM, giving me plenty of time for walks, playtime, enrichment activities, cuddles, and any training or routines you’d like to maintain. My goal is to make every pup feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away. Your pup will have plenty of room to play in my large, fully fenced backyard featuring a secure 6-foot locked privacy fence. Inside, I’ve created a safe and comfortable environment with sturdy baby gates that restrict access to the kitchen and bathrooms while giving dogs plenty of space to relax and explore. I share my home with three well-socialized dogs and one cat. My cat has a separate area that is completely inaccessible to the dogs, ensuring everyone has their own safe space. Because I know that new environments can sometimes lead to a few accidents—especially during the first day or two as pets adjust—I have hardwood floors throughout most of my home for quick and easy cleanup without added stress. I have crates in a variety of sizes available if your dog is crate-trained or if you’d prefer they have a quiet, secure space. Dogs are welcome on my furniture because I believe they’re family, but I’m happy to follow your household rules. Whether your pup sleeps in a crate, on a dog bed, or cuddled on the couch, I’ll keep their routine as consistent as possible with what they’re used to at home. My neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic, making it ideal for safe, enjoyable walks. There’s also a nearby dog park for dogs who enjoy extra opportunities to exercise and socialize (with your permission). My goal is to provide a safe, fun, and loving home where your dog feels comfortable, cared for, and treated like one of my own.

Every sitter on Rover has their own rhythm and routine, but most will follow the flow that keeps your dog happiest. Sitters can give meals on your dog's regular schedule, provide a comfortable place for sleep, and plenty of one-on-one attention.

95% of Sidney sitters also include daily walks in the neighborhood during dog boarding stays. You can also request photo and message updates throughout the stay so you can see which Sidney landmarks or neighborhoods your dog is enjoying.

If your dog is a little shy, consider booking a one-night trial stay! This practice run can boost your and your dog’s confidence before your trip.

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Sidney home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
  • Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Sidney.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in OH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
