About: I have been in charge of training my dog since 3 months. Have also been in charge of caring for neighbors puppies and dogs for a while now. I do not currently have a job so I have plenty of free time during summer. I am a college student so during school time I'm pretty busy but when I'm off I'm happy to help I have very friendly and well socialize 3 year old lab pit mix who just want more friends. Yard with two line 30ft and 50ft and a park right across the street that has a creek if your fur baby likes to swim

About: I've taken care of young and old dogs. I've watched family pets for years and have spent a lot of care on specialized research around animals to ensure I give them the best care I can. I love to play with them, never get bored of watching them and ass I started I pay a lot of attention to detail. I can pick up on all those little details in dogs that many sitters will miss. You could not leave your dog with a safer host. I have a very flexible and open schedule right now. I am willing to work whenever and can plan around caring for your pet. It will be my number one priority. I have an apartment that is free of pets right now so I have the space give your pet some extra room without disruption while they stay with me
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5. My brother was very active in the dog community and often took me with him. I took care of his Rotwilliers whenever he vacationed and had several dogs of my own. I have been a dog sitter for friends and family my whole life and have taken care of dogs for my nanny families in the past! I am currently a part-time nanny, but fit in dog care in my off time! I only work two full days a week, Monday and Thursday, so I have plenty of time for my puppy friends! I love to help out other dog parents and want to make dog care my full-time job. When caring for a dog in another home, I can easily follow instructions you leave for me. I can walk the dogs on a leash, take them to dog parks, or play with them in my own yard. If a dog has to come home with me, I have a large home with plenty of yard for them to run and play in. I have small crates at my own home if needed. I have experience with giving dogs medication due to my own senior dogs and my French bulldog who has had allergy issues.

About: Hello, we are the Shapiros and throughout our whole life we have always loved, and owned, dogs. We have two of my own right now Our family lives on 1/2 an acre. The backyard takes up most of that, including a 6' privacy fence. Our floors are carpeted, though if any pet has an accident we are willing to clean it. We are trustworthy, kind, flexible, and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that while you go on a vacation away for the night, or even just have a little "me" time that your pet is safe, and being treated as well as you would treat them if you were home. We have sat for several family members and friends in the past, even as a young teen. Whenever we have little get-togethers with other family and friends we encourage them to bring their pets. They can always roam free through the yard, and if needed a dip in the pool. We can promise that while staying with us, your kiddo will be taken care of as if you never left. It is important to be able to trust someone enough to take care of a family member, and I can promise that I will be able to do the job. I hope to meet some furry-faces soon! We are home all day and on evenings. There are two adults and one senior dog in the home. Potty breaks are done often outside in our fence yard We will care for your pet as our own. We will provide any special care your pets need. We feed all pets separately as to avoid food fights

About: With years of hands-on experience, I’ve been passionate about pets from a young age. Growing up with two dogs and two cats in the family, I learned the importance of love and responsibility in animal care. My first "job" was dogsitting for friends and family, and later, I spent 9 months at a reputable pet boarding and training facility, leading private activities and swims with dogs. Whether it’s a dog, cat, or any other animal, I genuinely adore them all and treat each one like family! As a full-time college student, I prioritize balancing my studies with my love for animals. Whether it's volunteering at the local animal shelter, dog sitting on weekends, or spending downtime with any pets I know, caring for pets fits seamlessly into my routine. It’s a rewarding way to unwind while staying connected to what I love most—animals! I have stayed in clients homes over night to care for their dogs and I have only heard great feedback. I love sending cute pictures of pets to their parents as well as having a furry friend to cuddle up with during overnights!

I can provide regular updates on your pet's while also ensuring they get the love, care, play, exercise, and the cuddles they need! I’m not able to provide boarding because of my sweet baby, however, I am able to walk, drop in, or stay overnight! To provide the upmost care for your pets, I can ensure they have a consistent routine that includes potty breaks every 2 hours, access to fresh water and food, a safe environment, and plenty of attention and play time! I also will maintain open communication with you regarding any concerns or changes in your pets behavior. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
