“This is the absolute best thing I could've stumbled upon for my little dog-child Rupert! He absolutely LOVES it there, gets to play with new friends, goes for walks, and even sleeps in the bed! I worry that one time he is not going to want to come home with me! Thank you Ed for keeping him so happy, and making me feel better about leaving him behind some days!!!”
“If you are looking for someone to take care of ur little baby just like the way you do at home, Mariah and Max are the ones!! They took such excellent care of Jorge while we went on vacation and Jorge had an absolute awesome time with their dog tucker! They also did an awesome job sending us pictures and updates!! You know that they had a good time when they are sad leaving the sitters and that was def Jorge! Will def visit again!”

“Susan took wonderful care of Roscoe. She was great with communication and kept me updated throughout the stay. We felt our fur baby was in good hands the whole time and I would recommend her to anyone else looking for pet care in the area.”

“Larisa was amazing. Helped me out in a pinch, sent tons of photos, and I could tell my pup was very well taken care of the whole time he was there. I would highly recommend Larisa and I will be booking again in the future!”

“Amazing!!!! This was our first time using Rover and Jeanne has us hooked! Jeanne sent us lots pictures and videos which helped to ease our anxiety of leaving them for Christmas. They had so much fun and came home so exhausted! Huskys are hard and very high energy, but Jeanne was a champ and kept them busy and entertained the whole stay. We will absolutely be using her again and referring all of our friends as well!”
“AMAZING sitter here! I had to book very last minute for an unplanned trip out of state, and I also had to modify my booking due to my trip taking longer than expected, but Erin was SO accommodating and she did her very best to work with my schedule. I am so grateful to her and on top of it all my sweet Jasmine was very well taken care of. I could tell Jazzy was having a blast meeting lots of new doggy friends and getting tons of playtime. There's no better dog sitter in town!”

About: Hi! I am new to Rover, but caring for dogs is something my family truly loves. I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor playtime, and I treat every dog that stays with us like part of the family. Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, I will make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and right at home. Since I’m just getting started on Rover, I’m excited to build relationships with both pets and their owners and provide a safe, trustworthy environment you can feel confident in. I currently work a hybrid schedule. I am home 2-3 days a week. We do have a fenced in yard and a doggy door. I have a fenced in yard and my animals are our family. They are welcome to lay where they are comfortable and shares the bed with me if needed.
“Kathy is a wonderful dogsitter! It’s always stressful leaving your furry friends behind, but Kathy takes the time to put you and your dogs at ease. She understands the importance of allowing your dog to go at their own pace and acclimate to their environment during the initial meet and greet and each subsequent visit. She never pushes dogs for interactions they aren’t ready for, which is especially important in my case as one of my dogs is fearful and easily stressed. Kathy also has a dog of her own - the tiniest, sweetest thing. Even my very shy dog doesn’t mind her. Overall, I’d say every experience I’ve had with Kathy has been excellent. She’s good with both dogs and people, she’s caring and easy to talk to, and I find her to be trustworthy and dependable. I’m very grateful to have found her!”

“We have complete trust in Todd & Maureen for our somewhat hyper female lab mix. I think she enjoys being there with the other dogs they have and where she can run in their back yard and yet stay indoors as she is used to doing. And I am sure she loves the AC on these very hot days we have had recently. We appreciate the pics and updates while we are vacationing. Highly recommended.”

“Ashly was great! Very accommodating to our schedule and to our boy Hank. We had an enjoyable and relaxing get away knowing Hank was well taken care of! Highly recommend, and will definitely call Ashley again when we are in the area next summer!”
“Matt was great to work with & took amazing care of our golden doodle. He has separation anxiety & seizures that are typically controlled with medication but in stressful situations he still will have them occasionally. He was obviously very comfortable at Matt’s & had zero issues.”

“She was fantastic with Luna. Jessica sent us tons of pictures and updates about Luna’s day & eating. She also kept Luna playing and happy. Jessica is professional and caring. Would book again.”

“Our fur babies had a wonderful time with Maria and her family. We received countless pictures and messages throughout our 10 day trip that illustrated how happy and loved our dogs were. Maria even gave them baths just before we returned! We highly recommend Maria and will use her again.”

“Michael and his family were excellent in caring for our 2 dogs for a week. Kept us updated with pictures and messages. Will definitely use again and would recommend others utilize him as well.”

“an absolute lifesaver! They were available last minute, communicated far above expectations, and shared photos that gave me total peace of mind. They were wonderful to meet and clearly cares deeply about the dogs theywatches. I would absolutely recommend this family and will be booking again.”

“She was very responsive ! Texted me updates . My dog had anxiety so she wasn’t eating a lot but they kept me updated and sent pictures. Rajah walked the dogs a lot daily too and I know they loved that”

“Jennifer (and her family) were absolutely amazing with our pup. I whole heartedly would recommend her to anyone. I received many pictures and updates on how he was doing during his stay. He came home loved and happy. Jennifer goes beyond what is expected and I truly believed loved him as his own. Great!! Great!! Great!!!”

“Christin took absolutely perfect care of my dog, Chance! I received pictures within an hour or so of dropping him off and continually throughout his stay. In every picture, I could tell her was being loved and cared for. Will absolutely rebook next time, thank you Christin!!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
