About: Hi! I am new to Rover, but caring for dogs is something my family truly loves. I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor playtime, and I treat every dog that stays with us like part of the family. Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, I will make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and right at home. Since I’m just getting started on Rover, I’m excited to build relationships with both pets and their owners and provide a safe, trustworthy environment you can feel confident in. I currently work a hybrid schedule. I am home 2-3 days a week. We do have a fenced in yard and a doggy door. I have a fenced in yard and my animals are our family. They are welcome to lay where they are comfortable and shares the bed with me if needed.

About: I've had dogs in my house since I was born & have taken care of my own dog(s) for 20 years. I've done end of life care with all of my pets & have done basic training of puppies. I have 8 acres of property which is great for dogs to run and play! I'm currently a stay at home mom of 3 kids, but this year my youngest started school so I am now home every day alone & would love to have a doggie to keep me company. About: I've been around and have helped care for dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. Each one I've personally owned are a part of the family! I would take care of your fur baby like I'd want mine taken care of. I am a homeschooling mom which means your fur baby will be kept company while in my care. During the school year, on Saturdays, we sometimes will have sporting events to go to, as well as some week nights we will go to extracurricular practices but never gone for long! We have a large open park right in our backyard along with short trails. We have a sweet Goldador at home that loves playmates and is great with big, small, old and young dogs. We also two cats (a boy and girl) that sleep the day away and love spending time looking outside in the sunroom. My three kids (ages 9 - 14) have been shown from the beginning how to respect and love animals and they will be a wonderful addition to keeping your fur babies feeling loved and cared for!

Pet Care in My Home Pets in my home receive dedicated supervision unless prior arrangements are made: Dogs: If a dog is staying with me and needs to be left alone for an extended period, I require a crate for their safety and comfort. However, my schedule is highly flexible, minimizing the time they are left alone. Cats: Cats may be left unsupervised in a designated, pet-safe room with regular check-ins. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

About: Hi, I’m Robin! I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and grew up with both cats and dogs. In addition, I have experience working with fish, rodents, horses, and some reptiles. I love building connections with animals and getting to know each pet’s unique personality, preferences, and needs. I also have experience caring for senior pets and understand the extra patience, attention, and comfort they often require to stay happy and healthy in their golden years. Whether your pet is young and energetic or older and in need of a gentler approach, I strive to provide compassionate, attentive care tailored to them. I’m passionate about animal behavior and training, and I’m always interested in learning new techniques. I’ve been actively training my own 2.5-year-old dog and enjoy helping pets build confidence through positive, consistent interactions. While I currently work full-time, I am transitioning to self-employment, which will give me much more flexibility and availability for Rover clients. This career change will allow me to dedicate more time to pet care, including drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, administering basic care, and making sure pets receive the attention and companionship they deserve.💖 I provide care in my clients' homes, where pets are most comfortable in their familiar environment. About: Back home I would dog sit for 3 different families as well as cat sit for 2 different families. Over the summer I worked at a farm and was constantly around dogs and cats as well as various other farm animals. I absolutely love all animals and would love to take care of yours! I am currently a full time meteorology student at Central Michigan University. However I do have plenty of gaps in my day for your pet. I absolutely love animals and am very good with them. I’ve worked with disabled dogs as well as large farm animals such as horses.
About: One of the best things about life is our pets. I grew up with three dogs who were my bffs, and I have several friends who have cats. I have tons of experience with house and pet sitting for long durations (several weeks at a time). I am responsible, clean, detail-oriented, and love taking dogs on walkies! Every pet I sit for, I treat as my own and shower them with love and snuggles! I currently work part-time at Home Depot as a cashier and part-time at Olive Garden as a server. If I'm not working, I'm usually watching a movie or show, reading a book, writing poetry, or going on a walk and enjoying this beautiful summer weather! About: Ever since I was young I've taken care of dogs, cats, ferrets, and birds at younger ages as well! I bond very well with animals and I treat them like they're a human too, it's instinct. I always wanted what's best for animals because they can't talk so I want to be their voice and opinion for them! My schedule is very flexible, so I’m available for boarding, drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting during both weekdays and weekends. About: I have been caring for pets since I was young, as we have always had dogs and cats. Over the last couple of ears have started to house pet sit for familv and friends, as well as dog walking. I am currently attending college 2 days a week (mondays and Wednesday's) and work 8-5 during the week as well. I would like to be able to take care of pets on the weekends when I can. and maybe after work if that works out. I am very knowledgeable on how to care for animals. About: I’ve had dogs since 2013. I have 2 dogs of my own (Ages 10 and 15) I’ve always loved taking care of them and spoiling them. I think exercise is extremely important for dogs so would love to help you get that work in with them. If you don’t mind, I also love sending photos and updates on your pups. I love updates whenever I have a sitter and it helps put my mind at ease to know that they’re doing well and having fun while I’m away. A lot of owners don't know this but when you board your animal stresses and sometimes they stop eating, and being social. About: I am not your typical pet-sitter. I have spent my entire life caring for all types of animals. My first job was at a pet store learning the skills of working with animals and their people. After college I worked as a zookeeper where I cared for everything from mealworms all the way to rhinos. Specialized care was the name of the game there and I was able to recognize the smallest details on how to improve my work with exotics. Then I was led into the world of shelter work. Where I studied pet behavior and early signs of stress and how enrichment can help save lives. Many animals coming into the shelter would need some form of medication as well. I have a skillset of administering medications and making sure the animals actually receive their meds. Lastly, I was a dog training apprentice. I was able to form bonds with dogs that most people wouldn't come near. I can read body language well and know how to show dogs respect. About: I've been raised around all ages of puppies/dogs, use to work at a dog daycare for a few years, took behavior classes, and did nail trimming. Also have done walking at the daycare and also with my own dogs. I have took care of seniors also that have needed medicine I'm a stay at home mom with my baby daughter, 2 dogs Toby and Koda, and my fluffy playful kitten Snooze. About: Hi! I am new to Rover, but caring for dogs is something my family truly loves. I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor playtime, and I treat every dog that stays with us like part of the family. Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, I will make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and right at home. Since I’m just getting started on Rover, I’m excited to build relationships with both pets and their owners and provide a safe, trustworthy environment you can feel confident in. I currently work a hybrid schedule. I am home 2-3 days a week. We do have a fenced in yard and a doggy door. I have a fenced in yard and my animals are our family. They are welcome to lay where they are comfortable and shares the bed with me if needed.

About: I've had dogs in my house since I was born & have taken care of my own dog(s) for 20 years. I've done end of life care with all of my pets & have done basic training of puppies. I have 8 acres of property which is great for dogs to run and play! I'm currently a stay at home mom of 3 kids, but this year my youngest started school so I am now home every day alone & would love to have a doggie to keep me company. I have an 8 acre yard with a lot of room for dogs to run. I also have a pond that they could swim in if allowed.
