“Jared was great! Super responsive and our golden doodle was so tired when she got home. He had a nice outdoor space for the dogs to play and kept us updated on our dog throughout. Would highly recommend.”

“Hannah is great, this is the second time Franklin had stayed with her, and he had a wonderful time! Hannah sent us lots of updates throughout the day, and gave our pup lots of playtime and walks. He can’t wait to go back!”

“Cait was awesome with Arlo, who I had just adopted a couple months before and had to come with me on a work trip. I basically had to drop him and run on the first day, and he barked at her! Cait was super sweet and had his tail wagging w/in minutes. She accommodated some schedule changes, enforced his training commands, and did super fun stuff with him. She was sad to see him go, which I took as the mark of someone who really cares about animals!!”

“I wish we could give Allison 6 stars. She came through for us at the last minute and made our dog feel welcome and comfortable right away. The next time we are out East Allison will be the first person we contact. We could not recommend her more.”

“Thank you Mary Jo! She watched my Pepper for a couple hours and did a great job! I also thought it was extremely sweet of your son to kiss Pepper goodbye on top of his head :) I highly recommend Mary Jo to look after your dog!”

“This was my first time using Rover.com. I had picked up my German shepherd, Evie, from a shelter in North Carolina last November. Based on her recorded condition when brought in as a stray 5 weeks before she had been through a rough period. She has fully recovered now and is in good health. My wife and I wanted to find someone to board her with where she would be happy when we're away. We identified a few possibilities at the Rover website and following a positive meet and greet with Nadjeska last week, had Evie spend the day with her yesterday. It went very well. Nadjeska sent us several texts with photos during the day updating us on Evie's stay. We were looking for a home where Evie could spend time with and play with other dogs and Evie made a new friend, Sparkles, Najeska's little dog. Nadjeska has a fenced yard which provides a safe place for them to run around in the fresh air. Evie seemed to enjoy the day, Nadjeska obviously loves dogs, and we will be repeat clients in the near future.”

“Jill did a great job taking care of our Border Collie, Buddy. Jill’s a pleasure to work with, responsive and caring, can tell she really loves dogs and made sure Buddy felt right at home. We received regular pictures and a video. Great environment for our Buddy!”

“Karen was a great dog sitter for our little guy. She sent photo updates, was kind, & we knew our dog was in good hands. We would definitely book with Karen again. Thank you.”

“Dominika was amazing. She has a lovely home and her pups are great. Sadie loved playing with them and was totally pooped by the time we picked her up. Would definitely book again. Thank you for taking such good care of her.”

“Carolina was amazing with our dog! When we picked him up, he was happy, calm, and exhausted—which tells me he got plenty of attention, playtime, and care. Communication was great and we felt very comfortable the entire time. We’ll definitely be using her again. Thank you!”

“Joe and his wife were very friendly. They watched Shiloh for about 5 hours while we visited with friends in the area. At pick up, we could tell Shiloh enjoyed her visit and playtime with the family's dog.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I grew up with Siberian Huskies and trained them myself. I am definitely able and willing to take care of dogs of any age, from puppies to seniors. I have been around for all seasons of my dog’s lives and have the experience and knowledge/know what to look for. I currently own two businesses that are both work-from-home, so schedule is completely flexible. Whenever the dog(s) want to go out or just to play, there’s plenty of time to spare. I do not have a fenced in yard but, I go out with the dogs on a long leash. My dog is a mush and loves a good playmate for tug o’war. Dogs are allowed on the furniture to get cozy with the blankets and pillows.
About: I I have a unique background in dog sitting that sets me apart from others. For years, I’ve lovingly cared for my own 16-year-old rescue dog, who had special needs. This experience taught me how to provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to each dog’s individual requirements, especially senior dogs who need a little extra support and patience. In addition to senior care, I’ve looked after dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages, gaining valuable insights into their different needs and personalities. I also have hands-on experience with puppies, ever since I adopted my golden retriever as a puppy—she’s now 2 years old and absolutely loves other dogs. Living within walking distance of the beach, I’m always excited to take dogs on outdoor adventures, making sure they have a fantastic time during their stay with me. Whether it’s a leisurely walk, playtime, or simply extra snuggles, I’m dedicated to keeping every dog happy, comfortable, and safe. I am currently self-employed and work on my own time virtually. I am pretty much home all day everyday! I love being outside and going on long walks with the dogs I sit for. I have a yard with a stake for safe outdoor time, and I live within walking distance to the water—so the dogs will be going on plenty of walks and adventures.
“Tessa took great care of Ralsei for a long day when we had to be out of town. She sent us photos and a video, and was always very quick to respond to messages. Awesome experience, hope to book again in the future!”
