Sadie has her favorite doggie friends, but all the dogs are great. Sadie is well cared for and comes home with a good tired. She always gets excited when we say, "Want to go to Renana's".”

She saved two kittens that she saw on the streets of Hartford many years ago and she has provided a safe and loving home for them since the moment she took them home. She has shown the same love, care, and responsibility to her third adopted cat and her beautiful Lhasa Apso mixed dog. A poignant example of her love and protection of animals is that she recently donated two kitten feeding kits to a shelter in her area to feed 2-3 week old kittens that were abandoned on the side of a road. Carly will demonstrate the same responsibility, love, and care to your pets if you choose her as a Rover pet sitter. I have entrusted Carly with the care and responsibility of our beloved cat Benito and our dog Harper and have felt comforted in knowing that she gave the same love and care to them as she gives to her own dear pets.”

Mary Jo accommodated our schedule well for drop off and pickup, even having Stevie ready for pickup so we could get back on the road quickly. Mary Jo welcomed us into her home and let us see that Stevie was getting settled in well. We could tell right away that her son is a true dog lover and we enjoyed watching him get to know Stevie. When we came to pick Stevie up she was so happy and tired that she could barely keep her eyes open in the car. We could tell she had a great day with Mary Jo and her family!”

About: Hi, I enjoy all ages of dogs and cats. I have had many, many dogs and cats growing up raising them from newborn puppies or kittens all the way into their senior years. I am well experienced in training puppies, playing with active cats/dogs and caring for sick or aged pets as well. I have also volunteered for many rescue organizations, most recently Meriden Humane Society. The joy animals bring me, far surpasses any other career I've had throughout the years. I currently am transitioning into part-time retirement of running my own HVAC company and I would like to start doing what I enjoy more; caring for animals(and plants!). I currently have a very active, under one, golden retriever and a 6 year old golden retriever. We love to go outside and throw the ball, play in the wading pool, or let the dogs play together in the backyard.

About: I currently have my own beautiful rescue border collie. He loves to run in the preserve and go for walks. Family and friends have relied on us to help with there pets. I am available to help after 4pm everyday for a long walk or preserve session with your pet. Boarding can be accommodated on the weekends. I have a fully fenced in yard. Plenty of room for a crate in our mudroom. I can provide daily care for your pets while you’re in vacation, staying late at work, or anytime you need. My goal is to make my clients day easier and at peace knowing that their pets are loved, exercised and provided love and attention.

About: I’m a pet lover with experience boarding puppies and senior animals. I’ve volunteered at local animal shelters and work remotely so spend most of my time at home. I currently work from home and therefore have an easy, flexible work schedule. I’m an early riser, available 7 days a week - days and overnights. I live in a pet-friendly home with lots of indoor space, a large yard and two small dogs. Sitting style is flexible based on your pet’s needs. We can offer solo rooms with pet beds and crates or mingling with our existing pets.
