About: Having grown up with dogs, I infuse every walk with personal care and understanding. With me, each stroll becomes a cherished moment for your furry friend. Being retired, I’ve woven dog walks seamlessly into my daily routine. Dog walking isn’t just a service I offer, but a personal joy and focus. With vast availability throughout the week, I ensure every walk is unhurried and devoted, turning each outing into a delightful escape for both me and the furry companion. While I specialize in dog walking, ensuring each pet gets their needed exercise and outdoor time, I prioritize their safety and well being above all. Even though I don’t care for them in homes, during our walks, I’m always alert to their surroundings, avoiding potential hazards, and ensuring they’re comfortable. I also make it a point to understand each dog’s unique preferences and habits, so every walk is tailored to their individual needs. It’s about more than just a walk; it’s about understanding and respecting each dog’s personality on our shared journey.

About: I've been caring for my neighbor's dog for the past three years, and recently started caring for their second dog as well. I also enjoy dog walking, for myself and for the pups! I've learned to pay attention to how dogs are feeling with their body language, and I understand what it's like to care for a dog who might be a bit anxious. I'm excited to spend more time with dogs and provide them with a comfortable and enjoyable experience while they're in my care. I’m currently on my summer break from college, so I’ll be free most days except Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights. I’m excited to spend it by hanging out with dogs! I can sit and cuddle with your pup, or play games including some enrichment activities to make your pup feel happy and content. I love to walk and would be happy to take your pup for a walk around the block!

“Vicente & Victor were very friendly and very quick on communication. Brandi is pretty picky on who she just goes up to and appears pretty comfortable around them. I was pretty nervous since I've only left her with family and friends she knew but they made me feel comfortable and safe having them take her...btw, this is the first time I e ever used a service like this. I'll be continuing our relationship and look forward to the upcoming meetings ..thx guys ?”

“Thanks and have a good weekend”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is mt attention to detail and my surroundings. When coming in and out of houses, I am aware of what doors are open so no pets get out. While on walks, I am checking for other animals so pets don’t dart out or get into an unsafe circumstance. I always prioritize safety and happiness while pets are in my care! I am a college student who works during the weekdays. Rover is another way for me to pick up extra “shifts” in between school and work! I will ensure all safety expectations are met while at a clients home. I want to make sure not only that they are physically safe but that all pets feel safe when I walk into their home!

“Pedro did a great job today. We had to make a change in schedule at the last minute so that I could go to a medical appointment. He picked up Kody and kept him until I returned. Kody had a great time and was a tired puppy when he got home! Thanks Pedro!”

About: I’ve had a cat for 7 years & a dog for almost 2 years. Both are very loving & very high energy! I’ve loved animals my whole life & I have a very loving & safe home environment. I work Monday through Friday, I like spending my time at home & my commute is fairly close. I have a dog at home already so fitting an additional pet into my daily/weekly routine is very manageable. I have a fenced backyard, a trail next to my house & many parks in my area as well. I could happily take your pet to all the places my dog loves (:

“My Basset Hound named Rufus refuses to use his new doggie door. (He used the old one for 3 years. Not much difference in the 2!) Anyway, now he has to have a walker because I'm away at work too long. Enter Kate! What a delightful, sweet, laid back dog lover! Now Rufus is in love with her. He is so happy. I ask him every night when I get home if he had fun, but I think he wants to keep his 'girlfriend' under wraps for now. Won't say a peep, but I have pics! Thanks Kate for all you do!”

I’m not free on some Saturdays but I will also let you know before hand With three cats of my own, I'm skilled at catering to the unique needs and personalities of each pet, whether they're staying with me or I'm caring for them in your home.

About: Engineer with passion for Great Danes! Experienced with larger breed training & enrichment. Prioritizing safe and stimulating care for your furry family member!’ Passionate supporter of One Dane at a Time rescue. Happily employed by a prominent pet food manufacturer. My work schedule allows for flexibility, making it easy to your pet care needs. I’m available for walking and drop-in visits, and I can adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s routine. Safety: I prioritize the safety and well-being of both your pets and myself in your home. Secure Trust: I build trust through meet-and-greets, open communication, and positive reinforcement. Environment: I strive to create comfortable environments, consistent routines, and enriching activities.

About: I’m a HUGE animal lover. I’ve had dogs since I was about 3 years old. I currently have 3 adorable fur babies; one is almost a year old, one will be 3 in August and the other (my oldest) turns 14 in May. I have had cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, fish, chickens and even a turtle, so I am prepared to take care of almost any animal you have. You can trust me to watch and care for your pets, as I will treat them as my own. I cannot wait to meet you and your furr babies and hopefully have a continuous relationship for many years to come. For any questions or concerns you may have, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Thank you :) I have a very open schedule. I just recently graduated from San Francisco State University, so I’ve been doing Uber for the past couple of years I live on 1 acre full of grass right outside of Elk Grove in the Vineyard area near Wildhawk Golf Course so there is plenty of room for any animal to roam and play around; especially fetch and frisbee which my dogs LOVE. I directly send photos and videos to your phone via text message rather than the Rover app because I’ve found several times during stays that photos I thought I sent would show as “failed to send,” so I prefer to send messages via iMessage since it shows if the message was delivered almost instantly. That is why my profile shows only 70% of photos sent to owners even though I basically spam your phone with photos and videos of your pet throughout the day. If you prefer me to use the Rover app, please let me know and I will do just that. I also don’t mind if you want to FaceTime with your pet at any time.

About: Hello fellow fur parents! I am back on Rover after spending a few years at home with my son. I am a life-long pet owner and certified crazy dog lady. I’ve also volunteered with a dog rescue. I'm a substitute teacher, so I make my own work schedule. Right now, I am available for walks and drop-ins on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and weekends. I can also do house-sitting on weekends I am all about safety first! I am hyper vigilant about keeping your pets happy and healthy while you are away. Second, we will have LOTS of fun and snuggle time!
