About: Hi! We are Kayla and Austin! My partner and I have Been around many animals especially dogs, our entire life. I (Kayla) Have my grooming license and have dog sit, helped with rescues and administration of medications, physical therapy ect. Offer enrichment and lots of space to run and play! **FYI** if anyone is uncomfortable boarding at my home because we have dogs, we are more than happy, and capable of keeping your pet completely separate while still giving them a positive experience with plenty of space and love. Update 08/13/25 Just to be EXTRA cautious, unless you request otherwise, we will be keeping our dogs separate at all times. I currently have an open schedule so will build and work around everyone as I go. Working on building a great efficient and FUN routine! I have a fully fenced in back yard to play in and lots of toys and enrichment stuff to do while here, can also bring enrichment to other homes. Also can do baths, nails, ears, brushing..anything dog, I'm in!

About: I've always been a cat lover, having grown up with two cats that we raised from kittens. I currently have two bonded brothers and have plenty of heart to love on other people's cats and care for them while their humans are away. Before joining Rover, I cat sat through another platform for over four years, completing over 70 reservations and receiving exclusively five-star reviews. Rover seems to be the more well-known platform in this area! My cat care experience includes administering oral and topical medications. I have an 8-5 job working from home as a Client Experience Coordinator, allowing for flexibility with drop-in times. When I'm not at work or loving on kitties I can usually be found doing something creative! COVID: I am fully vaccinated! I wash my hands/sanitize often and will be sure to do so whenever in a client's home. I work from home, and am generally available for drop-in visits one or two times a day. I am typically available on weekends, and some holidays. I care for cats exclusively in their own home, where they feel safest and most comfortable. My focus is always on creating a calm, predictable environment and earning each cat’s trust at their own pace.

About: I have been rescuing senior dogs for 9 years, including those with special needs. I have experience with dogs that have neurological disorders, blindness, incontinence, cancer, skin problems, arthritis, and more. I am a full time teacher, but I am available most days in the summer and weekends during the school year for walks and drop-ins. I love to send updates or leave notes so you know how your pup’s day went! My dogs are my family so I always make sure other dogs are taken care of like I would my own.

About: I am a wife and mother who has a passion caring for animals. They have joy and love to share and so do I. We will play and talk to eachother and I will take a lot of pictures to show they are happy! I will walk with them and play with them if requested. Whatever your request is we will have it happen. I do daily walks and drop ins to make sure they are taken care of! I do work full time from 6a-2p. So my availability is 3p and later Monday through Friday. Weekends are flexible through contact as long as I have a heads up. I will follow the routines you give me that you do at home so they don’t feel anxious. Walk, run, play or just giving company and pets.

“Jasmine has done many drop-ins for my cat, Earl Grey since I adopted him in July. She replies promptly and I always can trust she will take good care of my pet. She has properly given him medication in the past when he had an ear infection while I was away. I always look forward to the photo or two that I receive of my cat at every drop in. I also trust Jasmine in my home. If there is ever any incident, she will handle it with integrity. During one of her drop ins, she was vacuuming pieces of cat toy tinsel from my kitchen floor and the vacuum accidentally struck my cat's porcelain water fountain and it broke. She apologized profusely, cleaned up the water, left a hand written note, a suggestion of where to order a replacement, and more than enough money to cover the cost. I'm lucky to have someone so trustworthy to watch my cat when I'm away! I've already recommended her to a coworker and she will be my first choice for future sitting needs.”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 8 years old and I have watched over family members animals in the past. I love the company of both cats and dogs and this is the next best thing after losing my two little cats last year. I’m currently available from Friday nights through Monday nights at any time. Not only am I experienced with dogs and cats, I am also experienced with special needs pets and administering medication. I can follow instructions to the letter, and offer enrichment activities such as walks or playtime. I served as a certified pet trainer for some years after college and have participated in obedience and agility training with my own dog. I’ve been a pet parent my entire adult life, currently of a 14-yo Weimaraner and a 2-yo special needs kitty living with cerebellar hypoplasia (CH) aka “wobbly cat syndrome.” Spending time with animals brings me more joy than just about anything in the world and I look forward to meeting you and your furkids!
