Beyond being a passionate animal lover in general, I have my own loyal cat companion who has taught me a lot about animals' needs and behaviors. I have taken wildlife rehabilitation courses, so in case any first-aid is needed, I can rely on that knowledge and training. When it comes to earning an animal's trust, I am more than willing to be patient and gentle, always prioritizing their needs, safety, and comfort. I have worked with pets of all ages, activity levels, and temperaments.

Safety, trust & environment
Your animal's health and safety are my top priority, so I will do everything I can to ensure they feel comfortable around me and in any environment we may be in. Depending on the type of pet you have and the routine they are used to, I am happy to adapt my care and play styles to what they will best respond to. If your pet stays inside, I'll make sure they always remain indoors, unless otherwise specified— I have an indoor cat, so I am used to keeping her inside unless safely in a carrier/backpack or strapped into a harness with a leash. If your pet likes to run and roam about outside, I'll ensure we have plenty of time to play and exert our energy. If your pet gets nervous around others, I'll ensure we stay safe and keep to ourselves when walking and playing outside. All I ask is that you let me know what your pet is used to and comfortable with, and I will be happy to provide a safe environment for them!

I'm always nervous about having someone watch my dogs because they have special needs. Audrey did a great job with them. She provided photos and a recap of the visit. I will definitely use her again.
Audrey was great!! She took great care of our elderly cat, including daily meds both to the ear and oral. She dealt with a number of "accidents" without complaint. Our cat loved her right away. Audrey also reported in with daily notes and pictures. I would choose Audrey to care for our cat again.
Amazing! Our dogs aren't the easiest, but Audrey was awesome with them. I appreciated all of the communication and care she provided for our pets. They were the calmest they've ever been when returning home from vacation. We can tell they were loved on all week.

We absolutely loved the updates and pictures. Audrey was amazing with our two girls. We could thoroughly enjoy our trip without worrying about how the dogs were doing, it was great! We will definitely use Audrey again.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule, so I am happy to accept new clients and change around appointments depending on your needs. I understand that schedules can change at the last minute and I will do my best to accommodate for that. I would like to be able to meet your pets at least one time with you around to make sure they feel safe and comfortable with me before we are alone together, so I ask that we work together to schedule that in as well.
