A typical day
I will check on your animals and ensure that everything is in order. I can feed them, take them to go potty, play with them, or teach them basic commands and tricks. Overall my goal is to ensure that your animals are well cared for and happy, so you and your animals routine will be a priority for me. If you have a multi cat household and need me for drop ins, I'm happy to give a discount on my services.

Pet care experience
I've lived with and cared for animals both in and out of my home, ever since I was a young child with a major focus on cats. A few years ago I found my passion with sighthounds and have been involved with sighthound transport, fostering, and more. Living with, and being around colonies of sighthounds has helped me to be more fluent in dog language which has helped greatly with my canine interactions. Mutual trust and understanding between human and dogs is something that is very important to me and my preference is to work with soft dogs.

Kathryn was absolutely amazing with our old lady kitty. I was very nervous to leave her as it was the first time my husband and I left her since she started needing so much extra care. Kathryn was very understanding of all of my instructions and even surprised me with some of her intuition that would have been the same as mine. All of her updates were dead on and it was nice to know Mama cat was in good hands. Highly recommend if you have a needy pet :)

It was obvious she truly loves animals and treated our pets like they were her own. She kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Knowing our pets were in such caring and capable hands made all the difference. When we came home, our pets were happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. Kathryn went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for her attention, compassion, and reliability. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.
