About: My family dog just turned 13, and I was his main caretaker growing up. I’ve always had a soft spot for animals and truly enjoy being around them. Over the years, I’ve also cared for neighbors’ and family members’ dogs of all ages and temperaments. I’m patient, dependable, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I work 8–6 most weekdays, but I’m available for morning, evening, and weekend care. Sundays I’m fully off and flexible. I always follow your pet’s routine closely. When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. I make sure all doors, gates, and windows are securely closed to prevent any escapes, and I follow your pet’s routine closely—including feeding, exercise, and medication—to keep them happy and healthy. I provide attentive supervision and plenty of affection to help pets feel calm and loved while you’re away. I also treat your home with respect, leaving it clean and tidy. To keep you connected and reassured, I send regular updates with messages, photos, or videos. With experience caring for my own dog and helping neighbors and family with their pets, you can trust that your furry friends are in responsible and caring hands.

About: I have worked in professional pet care for five years, as a kennel technician, a doggy day care supervisor, and have cared for puppies in a pet store. I have personally owned cats, guinea pigs, and an iguana. In my Pet Care experience I have exercised, pottied, fed, and watered pets. I have administered some medications (including insulin) and have given dog baths. I have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I would love to be there for your pet when you are not able to. Not only do I enjoy taking care of pets, but I love helping them feel safe and cared for. Pet Care is my full time job. I fill my work schedule with clients who need their pets taken care of overnight, throughout the day, or who need walked. I can be flexible and work out schedules with clients. When I am with your pets, my full attention is on them. I will follow the client’s guidelines for how to best care for the pets.

About: We had a Golden Retriever for 14 years and never boarded him once. We always had somebody come and stay with him in our home. Would love to help out someone else! I have just retired from teaching Preschool and am very flexible! I can walk, play, feed or do whatever is needed to take care of your pet! I am unable to care for other pets in my home. I am able to come to your home however, and attend to your pet!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 8 years old. Taking care of animals has always been a love of mine. I don’t currently work because I have a transplant so I have plenty of free time to spend with your animals walking or playing with them! I have two cats of my own and I had a dog but she recently passed away from old age so helping take care of other animals is a passion of mine.

“Michele is absolutely wonderful! I booked her last minute and she definitely did not disappoint. She checked in everyday and sent pictures and videos of our cats. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. She seemed so loving and caring to the boys that they didn't even realize we were gone! Thank you so much Michele!!”

“It has been such a gift meeting Bailey through Rover. She checks on my cat frequently when I go out of town, and she is absolutely wonderful with him! He has some medical problems but she takes such good care to ensure he gets all the love when I’m gone, stays stress free, and gets his medication every day. She sends a few photos of him each day as well with updates so I’m never worried about leaving him. I would 100% recommend Bailey to anyone in the area with pets.”

About: I have over a year of experience as a shift leader at a reputable dog kennel where I administered medications, cared for puppies and senior dogs alike, and tried my hand at leash training. I’ve had cats and fish for over 8 years and I also have experience caring for farm animals such as rabbits, goats, and chickens! I’m currently making my own work hours so I have plenty of time to fit in your pet care needs! Just send me a message and we’ll work out the perfect timing! I am very respectful of others homes and fur babies. I make sure that I complete all the instructions given to me to the best of my ability.

About: Fresh out of law school and now studying for the Ohio Bar I’m unable to have my own dog (but love my cats) so I want to help look after someone else’s! I grew up with our family shepard mix, Cocoa, and I’ve always watched friends and family pets - old dogs, puppies, fish, kittens, etc. I love animals and exercise so I’m looking to combine the two. I’m training for a marathon so if you think your dog had the energy let’s talk about getting her out on some runs! Early morning or evenings - possibly afternoons during the summer. I normally run in the morning so if your dog wants to run (and we discuss that) it would likely be a morning. Dog walking in particular truly depends on the owner and dog. I’m willing to go with whatever your pet is feeling that day or whatever you normally do! I have found, from past experience, that more structured walks are safer for everyone involved, but really whatever you and your pet prefer is what I’ll adapt to!

“I have, on several occasions, entrusted Cassandra with my absolute menace of a hound dog, Bella, with full faith that she would be safe and well taken care of. Bella is VERY high energy, stubborn, and needy of all attention. She also has some separation anxiety, but I know she is in good hands with Cassandra. Cassandra has several years of professional experience working in shelters and kennels and has worked with dogs of all shapes sizes and personalities. And trust me, if she can handle my Bella, she can handle them all. Cassandra’s naturally caring demeanor and deep love for animals coupled with her professional experience makes her the perfect candidate to care for dogs and pets of all types!”
