About: Growing up with three dogs, they became my favorite companions. My love for dogs runs deep, and I’m dedicated to their happiness and well-being. I would go above and beyond to provide the best care in this role Caring for your dog would seamlessly fit into my daily routine. I love evening walks and would truly enjoy having your dog as my walking companion. As a teacher, I have summers and holidays off, giving me plenty of time to provide attentive care and play with your dog in our home. Your dog will feel right at home with us, enjoying a warm, loving environment and plenty of time to play, relax, and explore. We’re also within walking distance of a dog park, where we can enjoy fun outings and exercise together! I always prioritize the dog’s safety, being mindful of potential hazards during walks, playtime, and at home. I keep them on a leash unless in a safe, designated area. I also provide plenty of affection and attention to make the dog feel comfortable and loved, treating them as if they were my own.

I’m a lifelong animal lover who truly believes dogs are family. ❤️ While I’m new to professional dog walking, I have many years of hands-on experience caring for dogs in a variety of situations. I’ve had dogs for many years, cared for my sister’s dogs, helped with the arrival of multiple litters of puppies, and have experience caring for senior dogs. I’ve also recently fostered dogs and regularly walk dogs at my local animal shelter, where I get to spend time with dogs of different personalities, ages, energy levels, and backgrounds. I especially have a soft spot for rescue dogs and love helping them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I understand that every dog is different. Some pups want an energetic adventure and lots of exploring, while others—including senior dogs—may need a slower pace, extra patience, or a little more TLC. I’m happy to meet your dog where they are and give them the individual attention they need. I genuinely love being outdoors, hiking, walking, and spending time in nature, so getting outside with a dog is something I truly enjoy—not just a job. My goal is for your dog to get exercise, attention, companionship, and plenty of love while you’re away. And I’m a cat lover, too! 🐱 I currently have cats of my own and would be happy to provide cat drop-in visits as well. About: Hey there! I’m Kristen. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was in elementary school! I have experience taking care of and owning small and large dog breeds, cats, and even farm animals like goats, pigs, turkeys and cows! I also worked at a local public alpaca farm, Majestic Meadows, and provided love, care and husbandry for a variety of exotic and farm animals, including horses, donkeys, alpacas, llamas, and more! I have experience working with animals who have special dietary needs, special medication needs, senior pets, and pets who have physical disabilities and need extra care and aid! I can brush your pet, clean their ears and teeth (if they will let me and it is safe to do so), and give them a simple bath if you would like! Lastly I do have experience in basic behavior training for dogs, including click/reward training to teach sitting, lay down, and release, however I am NOT a professional dog trainer and cannot sit for dogs that experience highly aggressive behaviors or biting towards people. I am currently doing Rover full time, so I will have plenty of time for your pets needs and for playtime, and am able to make sure that bathroom breaks and meal/snack times are not spaced too far apart :) For house sitting I cannot stay full time around the clock as I often have doctors appointments I need to attend, so I may have to come and go, but I would not be gone for longer than 3-4 hours at any given time, so if your fur baby can be alone for 3-4 hours, then I can accommodate for that 😊 I make sure to closely follow any given instructions for pet care, including instructions for a special diet or medications, and if the pet needs any special needs care or aid with grooming! I like to go over the details with clients of how their pet may like to play, how they get along with other animals/people, how they like to be pet, how they do on walks, what their favorite snacks are, and of course any special needs such as oral medications, special dietary needs, etc… to make sure that I am offering the highest quality of care and comfortability for their fur baby! I also make sure to pay close attention to timing between meals, snacks and potty breaks so their pets don’t become uncomfortable or have any accidents. Lastly, I make sure to give lots of love and attention to their pet so they don’t feel lonely!

About: i'm a cat lover, i grew up with cats and they have a special place in my heart. i have 2 of my own. i want to make your babies feel comfortable and safe with me until you get back. i'm excited to meet them and hopefully become their friend!! 😌 im very good at giving cats oral medicine if necessary. I work 3-4 days a week as a barista, and I’m in online school. I’d love to spend my time off with your cat(s)! I will meet your cats where they’re at! If they’re too scared I won’t push - if they want lots of love I will make sure they get it!

About: I won’t lie and say I’ve professionally taken care of dogs for 15 years—but I’ve taken care of dogs ever since elementary school, in my own household and in others’. I know what to look out for to prevent a dog from getting into trouble. I’ve dealt with just about all kinds of messes. And I can handle any size of dog. My main job is part-time contract work, so there are a lot of monetary and time gaps that need filled. That said, my routine allows a lot of room for pet sitting! Every dog is different, so I take that approach with each pet I look after. I follow owner’s instructions, and if I have any questions I am not afraid to ask for clarification—the dog’s/owner’s needs come first. I love giving dogs the attention they deserve (which is usually a lot), and am great at playing.

About: I have had always minimum had at least two cats and a dog in my household growing up, I’ve pet sit for friends and family before and I’m studying zoology to take care of big animals! I currently have two cats and I can’t wait to meet your family members as well:) Hi! I’m currently in transition to another job so I have full ability until the end of March.
