“Cannot recommend Laura highly enough! She watched our cat, Thomas (who has a history of urinary tract problems), while we were gone for ~3 weeks for our wedding & honeymoon. She made sure Thomas was well-cared for, groomed him daily and even brought some toys for him to play with while we were gone. There were some storms while we were away and Laura went out of her way to do a quick walk around of our property and brought in delivered packages/mail each day. We were nervous to leave Thomas alone for so long, but can honestly say Laura made the entire process 100X better with daily photos and updates. About: I’ve taken care of cats all my life and worked in rescue for 10 years. I have cared for and medically treated cats of all temperaments and ages! I also own four cats of my own. I currently have a flexible in and out time with my work schedule. I am able to do drop in visits in mornings and afternoons/evenings. Knowing cats can sometimes be temperamental of new people, I will dedicate time and patience for them to be comfortable with me so they feel safe while you’re away.
About: Since I was young, I’ve always had a pet. After college I finally got a pet of my own and they’ve just multiplied over the years! Dogs are my specialty - I’ve taken care of dogs belonging to friends and family & I’ve trained both of my dogs since they were puppies. I’d say what sets me apart from others is that I have plenty of time in the afternoons (and any time during the weekend) to take care of your pup because my job ends early in the day unlike a 9-5 job. I have years of experience under my belt and I just really love animals. Always have and always will! As a teacher, I am always home early on the weekdays so I’ll have plenty of time every afternoon to play with & walk your dog! I am available any time on the weekends and I can board Fri-Sun. My husband and I have a big fenced in yard and 2 friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company! We are firm believers in lots of walks, lots of playtime, and positive reinforcement. If needed, we can provide a crate as a safe space for your dog to lounge in. Our dogs are our children and we will treat your dog with the same love as we treat our own :)

I believe in the importance of enrichment activities as well as the good ole belly rubs. Whatever the pet is in need of I am happy to help make their day brighter. I have a2 year old Beagle Boston terrier who gets a few hours of physical activity and mental enrichment a day before winding down for snuggles and love.
