About: Hi there! My name is Hannah and I have been caring for my family dog Ruby (Havanese) for about 12 years, since she was a puppy. I’ve seen all stages of dog’s life and have learned how to cater to her needs (frequent dog walks, being fed twice a day, administration of meds, playtime zoomies, and so much more). I even taught her 3 tricks in a matter of 1 hour (sit, spin, lay down) when she was a puppy. Now, I am branching out to help others in need of having their dogs walked and well-loved during times of busyness. If you think I’d be a great fit for your dog, please let me know and we can schedule a meetup before officially booking. *** For personal safety reasons, I am currently accepting bookings exclusively from female dog owners. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to caring for your pup! I am currently applying to jobs, so I have all the free time to care for your dog anytime of day. Depending on your dog’s daily schedule, I can stop by 2-3 times a day to walk and play with them. I am only offering dog walking services at the moment, so I’d need to go to your home to pick up your dog to take them on walks. My home does not allow pets, due to my rental agreement. If you’d like for me to take your dog to the park to get some “zoomies” (quick runs) in, I am open to playing with your dog outside of your home whether that’s in your yard or at the local dog park.

About: I truly feel at home around all animals. I grew up with a chocolate lab and a German shepherd, and from a young age, I was helping care for them, training them, and even teaching them tricks. I’ve attended professional dog training and agility sessions, which taught me a lot about animal behavior and communication and allow me to connect with every new pet I have the joy to meet. Beyond dogs, I’ve been riding and caring for horses since I was four. While I’ll only be sitting dogs and cats on Rover, this lifelong experience with animals has taught me the patience, responsibility, and attentiveness required when caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. I’ve also pet-sat for friends and family over the years, and I love getting to know each animal’s personality. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, playful, or senior, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I’m currently home for the summer after recently graduating from undergrad, so I have a very flexible schedule. I have my driver’s license and my own car, which means I can be available on short notice any day of the week. I’m happy to travel to your home to care for your pets wherever they feel most comfortable. I am also happy to establish regular schedules pet- or house-sitting schedules in order to build a trusting, caring relationnship with you and your pet. I provide pet care in your home to keep your pets comfortable in their own familiar environment. I always follow your specific care instructions closely, including feeding, exercise, medication, and any special routines. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities — I ensure doors and gates are securely closed and I stay attentive to your pet’s behavior and needs throughout my visit. I treat your home with respect and maintain cleanliness, leaving everything as I found it. I’m happy to send updates and photos so you can feel connected and confident that your pet is happy and safe while you’re away.

About: Huge lover of dogs and puppies of all sizes and breeds! I grew up with family dogs and fostered dogs throughout college; it was a super rewarding and FUN experience. I’ve dealt with shy dogs, dogs with anxiety and pups as young as 6 weeks. Eventually I adopted my own and I can now say I’ve spent hours on end at dog parks. I am a happy owner of a 5 year old mix named Tucker (DOB: 9/20/17) and 1 year old golden retriever puppy named Skye (DOB: 3/20/22). My fiancé and I as a team will both be responsible for your fur babies so you get 2 dog sitters for the price of 1! We would love to meet, care and play with your pup and I'm sure our dogs will too. Just to note: Tucker is weary with humans and will bark his head off the second he sees a PERSON he doesn’t know... but other than that, he has no problems with other dogs and would love to hang out with yours! I work a hybrid job which means my work from home days change every week depending on my teams' schedule: ON DAYS I AM IN THE OFFICE, I'm usually there from 9an-4pm. We have a pet camera in our living room and our dogs do perfectly fine while at work. As soon as I get home we play and go on neighborhood walks or to the dog park. If your dog is house trained and/or crate trained and have no issues being left out or in the crate in a calm environment they can come hang out with Tucker & Skye during the day! ON DAYS THAT I WORK FROM HOME, your dog will get all the attention they could possibly want. Constant play with my dogs and walks throughout the day are guaranteed as we live in a very dog-friendly neighborhood with a ton of walking paths & parks. When your dog stays with me you can expect: 1. A team of 2 dog sitters for the price of 1! (my fiancé and I) 2. Lots of play with our two dogs (mix & golden retriever) 2. Walks around the neighborhood 3. Photo updates to show that you’re dog is happy, comfy and settling in okay! A couple things to note: 1. My fiancé and I actually JUST moved to Sterling area from Chantilly, so it will be the two of us watching your pup and you letting us watch your pup will give us time to explore all the walking trails around our house! 2. We have 2 dogs in the house currently (your dog must get along with other dogs). Both our dogs are typically low-key and just laze around with us, but they are also always ready to walk and play at all times. 3. We have a (small) fenced patio area to play and be outside. They will have plenty of space inside and outside to play with each other, however, since we don't have a HUGE yard like our old place, your dog(s) will join ours on our neighborhood walks. 4. DAY CARE THAT EXCEEDS 9 HOURS will be charged an extra $10 for that day

About: Since I was 6 years old, I’ve always had a dog in the home. Luna, my first dog, was a small poodle who lived for 15 years. I have plenty of experience dealing with older dogs with medical conditions and administering medicine. Three years ago, my family adopted Cielo, an energetic pitbull mix, that gave me the chance to develop skills to work on discipline and keep up with active puppies. I am a college student who is back home for the summer while I am working on a few projects remotely. I have plenty of free time to take care of other dogs when I’m not spending time with my own! I have grown up around pets and taken care of dogs big and small which means I know exactly what goes into making sure our furry friends are happy and healthy.

Rachel L.

“Talk about a dog lover! In her spare time she prefers to spend it with pups. Either fostering a new pup or hanging out with one of her two she’s always around dogs. Good experience in basic command training, attentive to dogs but allows them freedom, overall easy to work with and a great person to leave your pupper with!”
