I love going above and beyond to make sure my pets are happy, healthy, and enriched. On nice days, I bring my cats out onto our secure porch so they can safely enjoy fresh air and sunshine. I hide treats around the house to create little "brain games" that keep them mentally stimulated, stay on top of their grooming and hygiene, and make sure each of my pets gets one-on-one attention every day. About: I've volunteered with an animal rescue for 8 years now. I know how to administer oral medicine, handle feral or very anxious furbabies, I'm fearless and very lovable. Animals are the humans most wonderful friends. I know basic dog training as well. I have open availability at this moment in time unless I have planned events. I'm planning to start school soon but most of my classes would be online so I will be home. My schedule allows me to provide consistent care throughout the week. I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but I have a very flexible job that allows me to leave during the day for potty breaks, walks, or check-ins as long as the location isn’t too far away. This means your pet won’t be left alone for long periods, and I can easily accommodate midday care to keep them comfortable and on their normal routine. I have had dogs and cats my own. So I am very comfortable with creating. I do not have a gated fence but I live in a nice town where there are sidewalks for long walks.

About: I’m an experienced dog owner - I’ve had my own special needs deaf dog that I’ve taken care of for 3 years since he was a puppy. Sadly he is no longer with me, but that means I can dedicate myself to other peoples fur babies and it gives me a lot of joy to be able to do that again on a part time basis. I have experience with puppies, obedience and behavior modification training (I am not a professional trainer, but I have worked with one and have taught my own dog basic obedience using hand signals), giving medication as necessary, and adaptability at handling anxiety and reactivity (as this was my dog). I’ve learned the body language of dogs a lot more than many other dog owners because of what I went through with my dog and I am happy to help if I can while your pup is in my care. Before getting my dog, I also watched and walked one of my neighbors dogs regularly. I’ve also done in-home dog sitting for some friends on several occasions for days at a time. I love dogs very much and will treat yours like it’s my own! I’m currently in between jobs and looking for recurring care, hence my open availability. For new clients that need one-time care, I am usually available on weekends. I’m currently in an apartment which may not be the most ideal, though it is pet friendly, so it might only be a good option for day sitting smaller dogs. Otherwise, I can come and sit dogs at your residence. I’ll walk your dog every 2-4 hours. I can also take them to parks/dog parks or runs for exercise if you are comfortable with that.

About: I’ve had animals all my life! I don’t mind big dogs or cats and I will make sure they are taken very good care of! I am trustworthy and hard working. I’ve served in the military for 8 years as well. Weekday/weekend Early mornings, early evenings, and late nights are best for my schedule. We thought by getting a kitten it would help bring her out of her shell, but it made her very stressed. We had to give the kitten to our best friends to ensure our cat lives a happy stress free life.

About: Growing up in an animal loving home, I have had the responsibility of taking care of dogs, cats, fish, hermit crabs, birds, turtles, mice, Guinea pigs, and an iguana. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, brush, clean, bathe, and play with their animals. I treat them as if they were my own and as if they were human. I currently work Monday to Friday 8-4:30pm and I am home on weekends. I am able to walk, feed, play, and follow potty schedules as you do in your home after work, on the weekends, or in my home for boarding. I do have owners who are ok with their dogs being in my home while I am at work but it is all about whatever you feel comfortable with! I have a fenced in yard with three house trained, dog friendly doggos. They get a walk everyday and let out as much as they need. My husband and I love to go in the backyard with them and run around or take them on adventures in the car. My dogs do sleep in our room, either in their beds or on our bed, whatever they prefer and that is the same option I will always give your dog. I can crate if needed/requested. Wally and Reed are fed three small meals a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and evening, but I know not everyone’s food schedule is this way. All feedings are separated from your dogs. My older dog has allergies and is given allergy medication daily as well as ear drops which makes me capable of following a medication routine. We also have a Furbo indoor camera that has all eyes on the dogs at all times and baby gates to separate large areas of our home just incase anything were to ever happen. There are times where I will be sitting other dogs as well as yours. All dogs are slowly introduced on leash in the backyard in a safe environment. I allow the dogs to take the time they need to settle in and get a feel and sense of smell of their surroundings. If an owner feels as though the stay will not work out, I am completely understanding. I would never want an owner or dog to ever feel uncomfortable in my home. If you are unsure of your dogs feelings toward other dogs, especially males, I always recommend a meet and greet in advance. I have never cared for a special needs animal, but I have taken care of very sick animals and making sure they are comfortable and accommodated for. If you have a special needs dog and are considering me, I would make all the accommodations necessary to make your pet feel right at home and comfortable.
