She requires day care not just walks so they adjusted their schedule to get her super early in the morning and brought her home however late we wanted so she wasn't home alone too long. They sent updates and even let Carol ride in Nikko's side car when they walk Nikko. Nikko is also so good with Carol, who has zero energy most days. 10/10 recommended”

About: Thank you for viewing my profile. Please read it in its entirety before sending a boarding request, as a lot of your questions can be answered in the text. The two questions i get the most are am I home all day with the dogs and how many dogs do you watch at one time? I am retired so except for running errands, etc, your dog(s) will be supervised at all times.I DO watch dogs from different households at the same time, having had as many as 8 Rover dogs at once If this is a concern I invite you to come down and meet us, to see how mellow and manageable it is, and how happy the dogs are to be in the company of other dogs. I never watch a dog without meeting it first so this ensures that everyone gets along and it's a good fit. My mom runs a no-kill animal shelter in Florida so I guess you could say it's in my blood. I currently have 2 dogs (the last dog i adopted was from an elderly Rover client who could no longer take care of him) but i've had as many as 4 at one time. Always small dogs, which is what I'm most comfortable with. I've adopted, loved and cared for dogs through all their stages of life, in "sickness and in health", so I'm quite aware of the quirkiness that comes with a dog that has a history. At the moment I’m not boarding puppies because my older dogs can’t handle all the high energy of the youngsters. Nothing brings me more joy than watching these little dogs come out of their shell during the stay. Their tail going from tucked, unsure, "what am I doing here", to full wag! Many owners have told me that when they get to the top of my hill their dog starts getting excited, they know they're coming to my house and they are happy about it. They march right up my steps with zero hesitation. They might not sleep with us on day one, but they almost always find their way into the bed by the time they leave. My goal is to have them feel like one of the pack, loved and secure, safe and happy. I recently retired after 40+ years in the hospitality industry so I will be home with your dog(s) day and night. There's nothing i love more than being in the company of dogs, so watching them is my passion. I will treat your dog(s) like my own. I live in the Arroyo's, a private beach neighborhood in Arbor Heights, West Seattle. I have a gate on the front door so the dogs can't run out if the door opens, though there's hardly any traffic where I live. I have a fully fenced in backyard, perfect for potty breaks and sunbathing. Your dog will never be left unattended in the yard .Inside I have dog beds throughout the house that move with the sunspot. I have cameras to watch the dogs when i'm not home (spoiler alert, they sleep), and WE HAVE AC!

About: I grew up with dogs, I have been a dog parent to two sweet puppies in my adult life, and I have fostered many sweet puppies over the years. To me, they're all sweet puppies, regardless of their ages. My 5-year old dog Edgar loves to hang with other dogs - he's never met a person or dog he didn't like. When your dog visits us, they become one of the pack, enjoying all the things that make this house a home. I work from home in a very flexible job, so I have the time to look after your dog's unique needs. My goal is for your dogs to be as comfortable here as they are in your own home. They are welcome on furniture and have easy access to come in and out as they please. There is a big fenced in back yard to play in. If your dog needs a home away from home, we've got you covered! You are the expert on your dog's unique needs, and I will follow your lead to provide your dogs with the care they need. I have a spacious, fully fenced-in back yard, and the dogs have free reign to visit the yard as much as they like each day. Dogs will also have free reign inside the house. If your dog's safe place is a crate, I'm happy to work with that. I have a crate I can set up for them, or you can bring your own. There are lots of cozy dog beds, sofas, blankets, and toys.

About: I've had dogs my whole life and had such a love for them. I have my 14 year old diabetic dog, Java, that has taught me much, helped me grow and made me experienced with senior and special needs dogs. Through my love and patience I will provide the best care for your baby while you are away and treat them like my own. I work full time but my schedule allows me to have long 3-5 day weekends. I'm usually home with my dog Java who is on a very fixed schedule to accommodate her special needs. We have a home with A/C that will keep your pets cool in the hot months. We also have a fenced yard so your dog can safely run and play. Our yard also connects to a public park that is great for dog walks.

We appreciated the level of communication she offered, keeping us updated on both of our girls—especially since one of them can be very anxious when first meeting new sitters. About: I have been a dog lover and farm girl my whole life growing up with 8 dogs, 5 cats, chickens, etc. has helped me with a wide range of animal skills and care. From labradors to dachshunds I have cared for dogs of all different shapes/sizes. I would love to meet you and your fur babies and promise to treat them as my own when they are in my care! My partner and I WFH so we have a lot of availablility. We have a sizable deck, backyard, and live right next to a dog friendly park. So your pup will have a lot of space to run around and get their play time in. I am pretty familiar with the Seattle area and will make sure your dogs are well cared for and in a safe environment. I have experience walking my own reactive rescue dog as well.

I have experience taking care of and administering medicine to senior dogs and cats plus love to go on walks/runs with them. I promise to treat you pet with care and attention as if they were my own. I currently work from home as a contract worker so have a flexible schedule when my schedule permits to give love and care to you animal :) I am a true animal lover and am active so promise to be able to exercise, play, and love on your pet in addition to whatever else they need.
