About: I grew up with dogs and cats my entire life. I have pet sat for family and friends since I was a teenager. I have done a little of everything from potty breaks, walks, to over night stays. I do have a full-time job 9-5:30 but have time in the morning, evenings, and weekends. Also my job will have a remote option in 2027 give me more flexibility. I take the time to ask the best way to keep your pet safe and what a typical day looks like for your family. I can walk dogs, let them out into a yard, and crate them if needed. About: I’m one of the only people that could take care of my one friends dog because it was very mean. I stay at peoples house to watch their pets or just stop in throughout the day. I currently work full time, I go before work and then after work. If I’m not staying the night I go again before bed time. If I’m staying I go after work and then either get dinner or make dinner then stay for the night. When I’m taking care of others pets I do as if they are my own. I make sure they are happy, healthy, eating, drinking and doing their business. If something seems off I will inform the client to make sure it is normal for them. I want the clients to feel comfortable and sure their pets are being cared for while they are away.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
