About: Have owned pets my whole life, cats, fish, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and birds. I understand and respect that your pet is your family and you want them loved and cared for you when can't be there. I work full time with regular office hours 8-5. I can be flexible but these hours are my priority so may not be able to make everything work, but will do my best. I will follow whatever guidelines you set for your pet and will make sure they feel just as safe and comfortable in my care as they do your own.

“Alli provided daily check-in's all week with photos and videos when she was house-sitting. One of the dogs had to be fed 3 pills a day along with a topical foam and all of this was done correctly! Small mishaps from the dogs were reported (pee accidents, destroying food containers, etc.) and everything was left clean and tidy before we got back home. I was so worried but consistently put at ease because she took care of the dogs. I am so thankful I found such a great sitter on Rover and highly recommend her.”

About: **I do not babysit dogs in hotel rooms while you are out to dinner or attending an event locally. I walk dogs or drop in to let your dog out. I love dogs, and have been fortunate to have great friends and family help with my 12-year-old cocker spaniel, Henry. We hike, walk the lake, play fetch outside and love just spending time together. He's my best friend. Now that my fiance and I are in the Lake Placid/Saranac Lake area, we were thinking of ways to be part of the community, and also help others with pets and make some side income. We're both professional and reliable individuals, with a love for dogs. We thought this would be a great way to start connecting with others who need help with their pets - whether it be more walks after work, or before work, or helping out on a weekend when you're traveling. I travel for my job, but I know well enough in advance and would be willing to work with any schedule. I’m happy to drop-in and walk your dog if you’re visiting from out of town, but I’m not inclined to babysit your dog for multiple hours at a rental property or hotel room. If you live in the area and need a house/dog sitter, happy to help. Thank you! I work full-time but I aim to get outside for exercise daily. Would love to see about drop-in service or dog walks. Love hiking and being outside on the weekends. I am responsible and respectful of client homes. I am trustworthy and will show up at specified time. You can count on me to love and care for your fur baby.

“Michaela was great! I know that our dogs were well taken care of because when we came home, they weren't anxious and both of them looked like they put on weight! LOL! Roxy had medication that had to be administered twice a day and she did it without mentioning how difficult it must have been. Love her to pieces and would gladly recommend her to anyone. About: I have had dogs all of my life! I volunteered at the humane society as a foster care provider and found homes for many dogs during this time. I worked with a veterinarian for the past ten years and provided care for his dogs. I am very active and can also run with your dog if you have a high energy breed such as a husky. I will care for your dogs as if they were my own and can also groom, massage, administer medications, recommend holistic nutritional changes, and provide any additional services that your furry companion may need. I can bring your pup to obedience classes, vet visits, or grooming appointments! I will also work with dogs that have issues such as socialization issues, manner problems, or anything else we may discuss. I currently work from home, so I am able to watch the furry friends all day. They can have a private space in the home, in the yard, or join the pack. I can customize preferences to include a hike, trail run, short walks, pick-up/drop off at your pets location, light grooming, etc. In my home I have three dogs, and they can be separate or play together if preferred. i have a large fenced yard. There is also a separate studio with a kennel if needed. If visiting a clients home, I will adjust to clients preferences and instructions.
