About: We grew up with dogs, playing with them, petting and feeding them. As we raised our three children, we had two basset hound mix dogs and a little shih tzu that we all loved, played with and took care of. Then, when all our children grew up and left our home we were given a little six week old white poodle that needed a loving home. Charlie Brown was curious and energetic and became such a loving friend and companion! After 17 years he passed away of old age and our hearts were broken and we thought we would not get another dog. But, a couple of years later, we went to the rescue facility and met Daisy. She was a pitiful little 6 lb. Maltese that needed lots of tender loving care. Her coat was extremely matted and her tender skin was badly inflamed and she was frightened as she listened to all the big dogs barking all around her. We took her home and we tenderly cared for her, loved and cherished her back to good health. For a few years, she was well and happy, but, as she aged, she had some very serious health problems and several surgeries were required. After what seemed a too short seven years, she passed away. We're not planning to get another fur baby, even though we still enjoy being around them. So, we'd love to sit with yours! We're retired from our jobs of library management (Becky) and machinist (John) . We don't have any childcare responsibilities since our children and grandchildren are all responsible adults. We can serve fur babies and parents in the Krum, TX area when they need drop in visits for fur babies they had to leave at home. For our in home sitting, one of us will be home with them most of the time. Our available days/ times will be available here on our page. On Sundays, we attend church in the morning and in the evening, so pups would have to be kenneled during that time. Our Daycare is opened 7am-8pm to accommodate various schedules, but your pet should only be with us 10 hours or less per day We only sit small dogs (husband is allergic to cats). Dogs must be up to date on shots, healthy and potty trained. For overnight stays or Sundays in our home, dogs must be kennel trained. Our backyard is secure with a 6' privacy fence for them to romp and play in. Our home is an uncluttered, safe environment for your fur baby.

“Very friendly and easy to work with! Kept me up to date and went above and beyond. Will definitely be using her in the future. I also appreciate how she was able to help me with last minute notice!”

I’ve been raised with dogs and have three of my own—Hazel, Stella, and Echo—who are all sweet, friendly, and love making new doggy friends. I offer in-home boarding, drop-in visits, and dog walking, and I’m happy to accommodate special needs, including medication administration and puppy care. With my background in veterinary medicine, you can trust that your pet is in knowledgeable and caring hands. I take booking requests as they come, without requiring meet-and-greets, and I’ll ensure your pup gets plenty of love, attention, and playtime while they’re with me. Whether your dog needs a cozy place to stay, a walk, or a quick drop-in visit, I’d love to help! Let’s make sure your pup has the best care possible—send me a message, and let’s get started! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine since I have three dogs of my own—Hazel, Stella, and Echo—who are always keeping me active and engaged. As a veterinary technician, I’m used to handling animals throughout the day, so providing care, administering medications, and ensuring pets are comfortable comes naturally to me. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or special care like baths and nail trims, I seamlessly incorporate these tasks into my schedule to ensure every pet in my care feels at home and well cared for. In my home, I provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for every pet. My dogs—Hazel, Stella, and Echo—are friendly and love having new playmates, ensuring visiting dogs feel welcome. I make sure each pet gets plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention, along with any special care they need, like medication administration, nail trims, baths, or anal gland expression. For drop-in visits and walks at clients’ homes, I follow their instructions closely to maintain the pet’s normal routine. Whether it’s feeding, potty breaks, medication, or just companionship, I make sure each pet gets the same love and attention I’d give my own. My veterinary experience allows me to handle pets with care and confidence, ensuring they’re happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: I am the Assistant Manager at a dog bathing/grooming salon! Working there has grown my love & interests for caring for dogs. I have tons of experience in providing dog care; senior care, medications that your pup may need to take, walking, and tons of love & attention! I’m currently working part time & a college student, so I’m always looking for other exciting things to do in my free time… like caring for your pups! I can crate your dog if wanted; will just need the their crate in my home or yours. I will follow their daily food regimen with their food that you provide for them. I am also able to give medications to your pup if they need it.

About: I love animals! I have cared for a few of my own dogs over my life, but I always want to pet that dog. I have experience in puppy training and senior dog care. I currently do contract work so have random days during the week that I am not doing anything. Mostly I will be available on weekends to care for your sweet babies. I think I currently spoil my dog rotten since she is in retirement. It wasn't always like that. She used to have structure and rules but I would follow my client's rules, but would always lead with lots of love and patience.

About: I’ve always loved helping and caring for animals, starting with rescuing a two-month-old puppy from an alley at 12. That puppy became my best friend until we had to say goodbye last year. Ive, been trusted for years to care for my families pets, kids, and the elderly with dedication and love. I definitely won’t stop with you. <3 As a junior in college, I use any time outside of class to earn money and gain new experiences. My classes are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I’m available after class on those days, as well as on Tuesdays and weekends. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule, allowing me to provide attentive care while managing my academic responsibilities. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in the client’s home, I ensure a comfortable, safe environment tailored to the pet’s needs. At my home, pets have plenty of space to play, rest, and feel at ease. If I’m in the client’s home, I maintain their routines and preferences, ensuring consistency and familiarity. In both cases, I provide lots of attention, regular walks, feeding, and playtime to keep pets happy and engaged. My goal is to create a stress-free experience for both the pets and their owners, no matter where I’m caring for them.

“Savannah took amazing care of my trouble maker boxer. She went out of her way to celebrate his birthday since I couldn’t be there. Brought him a treat and a toy. Do me a favor and hire her! She’s amazing! 🫶🏽”

I’m skilled at administering medication and have knowledge of basic animal first aid. As a husky owner myself, I understand how important it is for pets to receive high-quality, individualized care that meets their unique needs. I also know the value of trust when it comes to choosing someone to care for your beloved animals, and I make it my priority to provide a safe, attentive, and loving environment for every pet I look after. I am currently a student at University of North Texas, majoring in Art History with a minor in Cultural Anthropology. I am available Friday-Sunday for house sitting, and I am available during weekdays in the morning and evening as most of my classes are afternoon. I follow your routines closely so your pet feels secure and stress-free, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or cuddle sessions. I’m attentive to each pet’s unique personality and needs, from energetic puppies who need extra play to senior pets who require a gentler pace. I ensure fresh water is always available, keep their space clean, and provide exercise that matches their energy level—anything from a short stroll to a long, adventurous walk. I’m also trained in basic animal first aid and can administer medication if needed. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, so I send regular updates and photos to give you peace of mind while you’re away. “Joselyn is one of the kindest people I’ve ever known and that kindness definitely extends to her love for animals! Our family dog is a rescue who has been through a lot of hard things and as a result he basically hates everyone in the world except my husband who rescued him. I’m not exaggerating. He has lived with me for 5 years and won’t snuggle with me, and yet Joselyn managed to connect with him. I think he genuinely wishes she had taken him home! She is exactly the kind of person you want to trust with your furry loves.”
