About: I have been around pets my whole life! I have taken care of each and every pet I’ve had. I have always had either a dog or cat in my house. And each of my family members have had pets that I have been around as well. I also use to volunteer at a wildlife rehabilitation center, where I cared for injured animals. I have my own mini farm, where I have pigs, goats, chickens, ducks and turkeys! So if you need any of those types of animals cared for I can do that too! I have a very flexible schedule so I basically have the whole day to come take care of any pets! I have plenty of time to come and hang out with your furry family! I have four loving dogs that get outside all day long because I have so much time during the day and a very large fenced in backyard. We go on walks all the time! We can have a pet play date if your pet likes other dogs. If you need your pet needs to crated, I can do that. If they need soothing music put on, I can do that too!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 5, growing up my street had so many chihuahuas. I will take care of your pets like they’re my own. Right now I’m in college so I’m doing this for a little extra money and for something to do. I would love this extra time to care and love your pets as if they are my own plus it would give me something to do. (I promise I have so much free time on my hands this would really help lol) I would keep your dog inside. We would do activities such as walking your dog at a park or around my house. You must bring your own dog/cat food.

About: Hi! I’m Ally, and I’ve always had such a big love for animals! I previously worked at Dogtopia, a dog daycare, where I spent my days caring for dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I was responsible for supervising playgroups, making sure everyone was safe, and giving each dog the attention and care they needed. That experience taught me so much about working with different dogs and understanding their behaviors. I also had to take a course to know learn behaviors and when to read their responses, as well as when to know when they are all types of sick or injuries. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
