Right now I’m in college so I’m doing this for a little extra money and for something to do. I would love this extra time to care and love your pets as if they are my own plus it would give me something to do. For drop-in visits and dog walks, my profile lists availability for up to two visits per day. On weekends, I can often accommodate more than two visits or walks per day. On weekdays, visits and walks are available after work, with evening appointments beginning by 6:00 PM. My schedule can vary, so if the timing you need doesn’t appear to match my listed availability, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to check my schedule and see what’s possible. My weekends are especially flexible, giving me more availability for walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays without the weekday workday constraints. I’m also happy to consider last-minute bookings when my schedule allows. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and your instructions closely so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. I enjoy spending time with pets and making sure their needs are fully met, whether that means walks, meals, playtime, crate time, or letting your dog out in the yard as needed. I’ll spend time outside with them rather than simply opening the door and leaving them alone. If your pet is allowed on furniture or sleeps in a certain spot, I’m happy to follow the same household rules you use. I previously worked at Dogtopia, a dog daycare, where I spent my days caring for dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I was responsible for supervising playgroups, making sure everyone was safe, and giving each dog the attention and care they needed. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
