About: I am a young adult with lots of experience with taking care of cats and dogs. I have grown up around them and I love to take care of them. My daily routine includes emptying litter boxes and sweeping litter off floors. I often accompany my dogs outside to make sure they did their business. I also feed each of my pets daily. While I do not have much experience outside my own home taking care of my pets, I know how to do so while making sure my clients and their pets are happy.
About: Hi! I’m Ally, and I’ve always had such a big love for animals! I previously worked at Dogtopia, a dog daycare, where I spent my days caring for dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I was responsible for supervising playgroups, making sure everyone was safe, and giving each dog the attention and care they needed. That experience taught me so much about working with different dogs and understanding their behaviors. I also had to take a course to know learn behaviors and when to read their responses, as well as when to know when they are all types of sick or injuries. I genuinely love spending time with animals and will always treat your pets like they’re my own! I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets with someone, and I would love to be someone you can trust to keep them happy, safe, and loved while you’re away! I’m currently a college student here in Wilmington and also play soccer! My schedule is pretty flexible outside of classes and practices i have morning practice that ends at 9 and then only one in person class on mondays. So I have time throughout the week and on weekends to care for your pets. I love spending time with animals and would be more than happy to work with you to find times that fit both of our schedules! I’ll always make sure your pets get the time, love, and attention they deserve! Your pet’s safety and happiness will always be my top priority! With my previous experience working at Dogtopia, I’ve learned how important it is to understand each dog’s personality and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. When caring for pets in your home, I’ll always respect your space and follow any routines or instructions you have for them. Whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or just giving them some extra love and attention, I’ll make sure they’re well taken care of! I also love sending pictures and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing your pets are happy and safe while you’re away!

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
