Balancing a love for animals I'm eager to put my mornings and afternoons to good use by caring for and connecting with animals of all kinds. I work at a vet clinic so I'm on the lookout for opportunities to pet-sit or simply spend time with animals in need of care and attention. I put all animals health first so when I'm caring for pets, whether it's at my place or someone else's, I make sure to tailor my approach to the specific service I'm providing. If I'm pet-sitting, I stick to the pet's usual routine, including feeding times, walks, and playtime. I always make sure they have fresh water and a clean, comfy space to relax. If I'm just popping in for a quick visit, I focus on the essentials: food, water, and a bit of attention to keep them happy. For walks, I always keep them on a leash and pay close attention to their behavior to ensure they're safe and comfortable. I always make sure they are comfortable in their environment. And of course, lots of love and cuddles are always on the menu!

About: I'm accustomed to feeding, walking, and giving oodles of love to cats and dogs after constantly growing up around animals. I've taken care of big and small dogs, including a range from chihuahuas to the biggest German shepherds I've ever seen. I am used to and comfortable with feeding/watering, walking, playing, cuddling, letting out, and bathing dogs and cats. I am more than happy to welcome your pet with open arms and tons of love! (Updated 9/12/24 6:00pm) Currently, I am available for house-sitting, check-ins and walks from 10am (EST) to 9pm, open all week aside from Friday — I am not available that day as of now. For house-sitting, I can arrive earlier or leave later if requested. I'm flexible and happy to communicate any schedule conflicts, special conditions, or different times. I like to introduce myself to an animal in an open, "hey, I'm here to be nice and friendly, maybe ask you to poop" kind of way, letting them sniff, touch, or watch me for as long as they need to in order to feel comfortable with me. I talk to pets in a calm, soft voice while I care for them, and follow their body language and any meows or barks that mean they may need something. I'm happy to follow any schedule they're accustomed to as well.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was in middle school. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and stay overnight with their pets. I have worked with many different breeds and have experience with puppies as well. I will work with whatever is most comfortable for you and your pet! I am willing to go on walks and play fetch with your dog while you are away. I am currently working a full-time job on the weekdays, but can come check-in on your fur babies during my lunch and during the evenings once I am off. I also am available on the weekends! Since we live in the city, my two fur babies are mostly inside, until we go for walks. When we go for walks, I make sure that all harnesses and leashes are latched and secured properly. I can easily crate your dog upon request.

About: I have 10 years of experience taking care of dogs. I have three rescues of my own. I have fostered 2 dogs for three months. I have worked with all type of behaviors when it comes to dogs. I charge an extra $20 for same day or within 24 hours for care/boarding. I work 7am-5pm. I can board and watch your dog any day of the week. I am available during the week after 5pm and all day during the weekends. I have a fenced in back yard with three fur babies of my own, I can easily crate your dog. If your dog doesn’t do well around other dogs that is not issue I can take them out separately.

About: My love of pet care began at age 14 when I got my 1st job working with a vet. I bicycled each morning at 6 am before school to clean cages. I have found most pets prefer to be in their own homes and around familiar sights and sounds to ease their transition from their primary caregiver to me. About: @ateamdogcare I have been using rover for 6 years now. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats who have been with the dogs since they were 3 weeks old. We live on 2 acres with a great fenced in yard. We love hosting pets and will treat them like our own. Im always home so let’s can stay on their normal schedules and have someone around while you’re gone. Feel free to message me with any questions! I also have experience with medications, including injectable ones. When your pup comes to stay with us we ask that you bring; their food, treats, favorite toys/bones, bed or blanket, crate (if you use one), bowls, and a leash. Or anything that might make your dogs stay easier! :)

About: I am a previous Veterinary Assistant of 5 years who is now a SAHM. I would love to provide your fur baby with a pleasant time while you are away. I have knowledge to give medications/insulin if needed and know that some pets have specific diets and certain accommodations. I personally have 2 dogs and 3 cats myself so I can guarantee that they would be treated just as if they were my own animals. I am currently a SAHM so if the pet is animal friendly with cats and dogs they can stay here with me while away. If they are not then I am more than happy to load up my kiddo and come to your house to take care of them. However I can not do an overnight stay with them as my child needs to return home for bedtime in his crib. I can do drop in visits only or the pet can stay here at our home. If pets are in my home they must be cat friendly and dog friendly as I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. They will be leash walked and fed separately just as I do for my dogs. If they are a cat they will get their own litter box and space until they can get accustomed to everyone. I am also perfectly fine with going to your home where they are comfortable. I am fine with leash walking, cleaning litter boxes, feeding, administering medications, or really any special accommodations you may have just ask!

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs for about 5 years. I currently have a 4 year old Aussie border collie mix who has reactivity issues and is very timid so i have taken training classes on how to work with a dog in situations like that. i also grew up in a house with multiple different sizes and breeds of dogs. I work part time at a restaurant in town and have a dog of my own but i do understand what it’s like to need some time away and make sure your pup is in trusted hands. I live on alittle over an acre with a cattle dog who is very high energy. we go on 3 4 mile walks a week and he is able to come and go from the house whenever he pleases. He is crate trained and he is on a strict feeding schedule. I get him groomed once a month and regular vet visits for up to date shots.

About: I’ve been dog sitting on and off for about 4 years. It brings me joy to playing with them and seeing their tags wag with excitement! I am currently working full time at a walgreens in my town as while taking online classes to get my certification in vet assistant. I plan on working part time instead to do more of what i love which is taking care of animals. I would ask my client if there is a routine or any special accommodations that I need to go by or do for their fur baby.

All dogs are supervised at all times when they are not crated, and when they are crated they are supervised by a camera I have connected to an app in my phone! Things are very structured in a sense of safety, behavior, and peace within all of the dogs during their stay. That’s where being a dog trainer comes in handy and the dogs can have fun while being in a calm state of mind! 😉🧘‍♀️💗🐾 I have three large dog yards- two are fenced in with 6ft privacy fence, and one yard is 6ft chain link fence. They can go potty, play, sun bathe, play in the dog pool, or just enjoy the fresh air. This is also nice if your dog isn’t aloud around other dogs- they will have their own large area to do their business and enjoy their time outdoors in a safe private area too!! 😌❤️ Cats love it here too! 🐈🐈‍⬛ your furry baby will get to enjoy toys, lick mats, cat castles and scratching boards. Even some cat nip if they’d like 🤪😸, and plenty of cuddles to “make biscuits”. 🥰🐾 If your dog can’t be around other dogs or cats, that is no problem here. I have plenty of room to give dogs and cats their own private space to still keep them at peace and accommodate to their needs during their stay! I like to match personalities within dogs so they can make great friends while they are on their vacation too!! It is also no problem if your dog/cat is on any medications as well- they will be issued them as directed during their stay and I am well experienced with that as well, so don’t worry about that! ❤️‍🩹🩺🐾 I always send plenty of updates by text with photos and videos during their stay so you don’t feel left out as I know it’s hard to leave our fur babies while we’re away! 📲📸🥰 If you book with me I can assure you your fur babies will have a blast and want to come back for more, there is plenty of love to go around here and I hope to meet your furry companions soon! 💞🐕🐕‍🦺🦮🐩🐈‍⬛🐈💞 I currently am a dog trainer, though I am still flexible and available to schedule at your convenience! About: I have been fortunate to know what it’s like to have someone care for your pets that truly love them and that feeling is the best! To know that someone really cares and wants to spend time with your animals settles a lot of anxiety and worry. That’s what I want to provide for people =) I currently work an alternating schedule which leaves days of opportunity to takecare of your fur babies! We can definitely schedule out the days you’d need! I have a fenced in yard and a crate available if you’d like for your dog and mine to be separated. If not, our doggies can be the best of friends!

About: I’ve had animals majority of my life from horses, dogs, cat and even small animals like birds and hamsters. I’ve also worked at a Veterinary Clinic for 2 years, as a veterinary assistant and in the boarding services. when working with animals with different personalities and needs, the most important is the greeting introduction, always try for a fear free and slow introduction, to ensure good relations for future meeting. I do have experience with insulin shots and giving medication in different forms (pills and liquids and injections) i work a 8-5 Mon-Fri with a hour lunch i can check in with pets and will be available any times after that or weekends i ensure to follow any rules you may have for your pets or scheduled i like to offer as many walks or potty breaks as needed and of course playing time with enrichment activities

About: I currently own 5 dogs, 1 of which is a deaf puppy. I have owned dogs myself since 1990. My furry friends are my family. I have most afternoons available for pet care. I work from 8-12 mon, tue, fri. And 3-7 every other wed. There are days I'm available at other times. My animals are very important to us. They are our pack. I have had experience with over 15 different types of breeds and am still looking to expand my horizons. I have done basic training with pets, such as things like sit, shake, lay down, stay, roll over, leash training etc… I have also done crate training successfully with my own dogs as well as others. I try to stay active myself and have no problems with running around with your pup and playing with them when they need to exert some of their energy. I can do baths, as well as brushing depending on their temperament. I am always open to learning what’s best for your dog and how they need to be taken care of, whether they are young or old! I am available everyday except for Sunday 6:00am-5:00pm. I work part time but my schedule is pretty flexible so I can always work to accommodate you and your pets needs! I have always treated pets with respect and kindness, just like I would any other living being. I will always do my best to keep your pets needs and be sure that they are well taken care of. I am patient with them and would never do anything to harm them.
