1. Deborah F.
“Deborah is a gem: knowledgeable and genuinely affectionate with all four leggers who share her path. She's experienced, conscientious, and asks all the right questions. She proved to be completely capable of managing the high energy of my German Shorthair Pointer, as well as providing training reminders to keep her manners on track until I return.”
2. Marc S.
“Mark is an animal lover. He is a kind, generous man who sincerely loves animals. He is conscientious, trustworthy, and compassionate. He has been pet sitting for years. Mark is responsible and will care for animals as he would a member of his family. I give Mark an unqualified recommendation as a pet caregiver.”
3. Mark M.
“Mark is fantastic! We used him as a sitter for our pups over a holiday weekend and not only did they love him, but we did too. Mark's love for dogs is clear so it made trusting him with our fluffy kids much easier. We definitely plan on using Mark again in the future. Thank you sir!”

About: 1.Introduction 2.Description of home 3. Brief overview of experience 4. Policies Hi, I'm Mary! 14 years ago, My pup Lee and I started the business of walking city streets, running, swimming, hiking, boarding friends, and house sitting; all in the name of dog! Since his passing, my twin four year olds and I are looking forward to making new pupper friends. We live in a beautiful home on an organic farm. This year marks the 14th year and third state in which I've tended to puppies, dogs and senior puppers. Since moving to Vermont 8 years ago, my home has been referred to as "farm camp." This is because: pups who are able to enjoy the farm experience off leash! While I enjoy tending to the greater dog population in its entirety, senior dogs, ones who take medications, those living with physical and developmental ailments and pups nearing end of life are my specialty. While the latest DSM may not have nature deficit disorder printed on its pages, I know it effects not only people but more importantly, dogs! I value and understand that exercise specifically in the wilderness provides a focused energy released followed by contentment. Starting in Providence, R.I., Lee and I took off walking city dogs. Over time, I curated two hiking packs of dogs. All off leash, good recall and, worked together navigating trails with minimal tiffs. Between my city walkers and packs, I began boarding. While I had my regulars, I wanted to offer support in other ways. Middle of the night emergency visits, families dealing with unforeseen events and parents who needed a break even though, their pup was nearing end of life. I've waited with dogs to board planes and have been at the airport to pick them up. Arranging wedding arrivals/departures and transport to/from vets. On several occasions, I've had the honor of being there for a pup's end of life. Since this is a new space for your pup, it's important that we stick to your in home structure as much as possible. This allows them to feel more comfortable and stress free. This means I will ask for a list of usual commands, eating times, toys, blankets and beds. If your pup has any quirks, I like to know! The more information, the better! When scheduling pick up and drop off times: if you're going to be late please kindly send a text update. I am extremely flexible with times! Not communicating information is a big issue and can lead to scheduling conflicts. For every 45 minutes that you're late and lack communication you will be charged an additional $10. My rate for overnight stays are based on a 24 hour period. If your drop off to pick up time goes over the 24 hour period, I charge a prorated amount to match the time difference. If your drop off to pick up time is less then 24 hours, it is a flat rate of $40. Thanks for reading and I look forward to speaking with you. I recently sold one of my businesses to focus on an endeavor I'm more passionate about, free Lance writing. I'm also enrolled in school first time. I only take senior, free range puppers. While your dog will NEVER be out of my sight, I only allow free rangers. If you have any concerns about your dogs recall, we are not the right family for you.

8. Colleen D.
“Colleen was great! Very communicative, took excellent care of our old doggo, and was neat as a pin. No hesitation about asking her to come back.”
9. ella p.
“Ella watched our goldendoodle puppy and did a great job! We’ll definitely reach out on future trips to the area for additional house sitting!”
10. Justine M.
“I cannot say enough good things about Justine! Our dog (Harper) has anxiety when we are gone overnight and has resorted to chewing our woodwork when we’ve had other pet sitters in the past. We went away for 10 days, our longest vacation to date and used Justine. Not only was she very responsible and took amazing care of our house, Harper was extremely happy and calm the entire time. When we returned home, she almost seemed disappointed, lol. She was our happy go lucky girl with no signs of anxiety. I highly recommend Justine. You couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter she was great with communication and very reliable. I’ve used her since that trip for smaller weekend trips and we were just as satisfied with her care.”
11. Jacquelyn R.
“Jacquelyn was absolutely amazing with our 1.5 year old lab, Ruthie! It was our first time leaving her with someone new and it was so amazing to work with someone so responsive, assuring, trustworthy, and responsible. Ruthie loved her! We will absolutely be using Jacquelyn again and highly recommend!”
12. Amelia P.
“It's clear Amelia has a genuine love for all animals. She shows a calm caring nature while with them, and brings an impressive sense of responsibility for their needs and health. All of this, as well as showing great respect for your four-legged family member. If you want a loving pet caregiver, I would highly recommend Amelia for pet sitting.”

15. Tomika C.
About: I've always loved animals - I have had dogs and cats since I was a wee one and I went out of my way to make sure they were happy and taken care of! Previously, I'd been dogsitting with Dogvacay/Rover in the NYC area for a few years, but have since moved to Miami Beach and am excited to get back in the game! I have dealt with all kinds of dogs with varying temperaments, and I am happy to apply my expertise to caring for your pup - Food aggressive? Dogs can be fed separately. Possessive of toys? We can put them away. Need medication? No problem. Just let me know your pup's needs and nuances and we'll work something out. Please feel free to message me for any questions/clarifications. Currently, my schedule is very flexible and I will be sure to keep my calendar up-to-date. Please reach out and we can always work out what times will work best for you. Currently, I am only doing client-home services ( house-sitting, dog-walking, and drop-ins) - so this aspect depends on your home environment and specific pet needs.
16. Bambi D.
“Bambi was so easy to work with. The pups and kitten were in such amazing spirits when we returned, and the house was even cleaner than we left it! She was very responsive, and even took a trip to the house before the stay to meet the gang, and get to know the place. Highly recommend.”
17. Jordan R.
“I highly recommend Jordan! He provided excellent care for our furry friend, ensuring they were happy, well-fed, and received plenty of attention. His energy and love for animals makes him the perfect choice for anyone in need of a trustworthy pet sitter.”
18. Nathanial B.
“It is so wonderful to be able to trust someone like Nate with your fur babies and home. Nate stayed for 4 nights and four days to give round-the-clock cat care to my two cats. One was recovering from surgery and he took meticulous care of her, giving her medicine and love while I was away. He sent frequent pictures and was very tender and sweet with them. I highly recommend him and will be hiring him again ASAP.”
19. Makenna C.
About: I have had dogs all my life and have taken care of my own since I am old enough now. I watch dogs and cats for my neighbors and grandparents. I like spending time outdoors with my dogs and walking them and throwing the ball. I have cat sit before and was really easy and fun to me! My schedule is kind of wonky right now as I am in college, but I am free on weekends and some weekdays whenever you might need me! My dog takes meds right now for seizures so I am experienced at giving dogs medicine. Very responsible animal lover I have always had animals in my life. I am good about having the house clean when there’s a fluffy shedding dog in it.
