About: My love of dogs has taken me so many places! For over a decade, I worked as a guide dog instructor at an internationally recognized guide dog school, learning and putting into practice everything about dog behavior, training, and the human-animal bond. That time is long past, but I still just love dogs: their personalities, their quirks, and their people. I'm experienced with pups to seniors, the tiny to the giant, the healthy to the ailing. I try to help each dog feel comfortable and happy, and help their people feel the same way. 😊 I also have plenty of experience caring for other animals: cats, horses, goats, chickens... I work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, so from Thursday night through Tuesday morning, dogs have a lot of human company all day long. Mid-week (Tues, Wed, Thurs), dogs are exercised in the morning, spend the work day relaxing at home, and the human fun begins again the evening. In my home: I have a large unfenced yard; boarding dogs are on long line to exercise outdoors and are not left unattended outdoors(!). I have one medium-sized, friendly dog, and one cat. I can crate your dog if you or they like, or give them a crate as an option. In your home: I am not the most straightforward or cheapest option for house-sitting; I have a dog of my own (can be accommodated elsewhere temporarily) and sometimes teenagers. However, I might be what you're looking for if you have special circumstances: multiple pets that need experienced management, pets with special medical or behavioral needs, or reliable care for a small farm.

About: I love all animals, I do have experience with medication administration, or reactive types of dogs. I am experienced in senior care or helping in training puppies while I care for your pets I currently work per-diem, and attend school full time. I have weekends free and evenings and always free to pop in most times especially overnights. My pup sleeps with me, he is spoiled like my own child. All my animals are well cared for and happy. I am comfortable stopping in for checkups or walks or even overnight stays

About: I'm very calm and patient with all animals. My style is to allow them to warm to me and once they are comfortable, I enjoy playing and running around with them or giving cuddles. When we go for walks, I'm careful of other dogs and humans.. I have owned a dog most of my young adult life. I can't have one now because of where I live, but I care for my mom's Shepard and I care for my friends' dogs regularly when they go out of town or just can't get home to let them out. And sometimes I just drop in to play a game of catch or take them out for a hike. I have a cat, and he is my world. I'm currently working full time from home, so I can make time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. I live in an apartment, but there are sidewalks all along the development for easy walks and parks and trails nearby. I have a cat but he has his own big room to play and sleep in if your pup doesn't get along with him (he's not aggressive at all, just trepidatious around strangers)

About: Dog sitting has always been a passion of mine. I’ve been taking care of dogs for 10 years now. While I am a rescue-dog mom myself, I love helping families to take care of their fur babies! I’ve cared for dogs ages 6mo to 16 years old with varying training levels and temperaments. I’m home in Saratoga for the summer before I start my masters in social work at UNC Chapel Hill this fall and would love to help in whatever way I can. I look forward to hearing from you!! Dog sitting is my only job right now as I am home. I have a couple pre-existing jobs but am looking to fill up my schedule! I do not currently offer dog boarding, but if staying or visiting your home I will follow any and all instructions you have for your pet! If you’d like them off furniture, not to go upstairs, or sleep in a human bed, all good with me. I can take them on familiar routes for walks or take them on new ones. I also love bringing dogs to a park or dog park if that is something they enjoy as well. Whatever you say goes!

About: In my house, our pets are our family and they rule the house. My goal as a pet sitter is to provide animals with the best care and put owners at ease while they’re away. I have found a passion for caring for others’ animals which started many years ago when i began volunteering. From volunteering, I have experience with many different breeds and sizes of both dogs and cats and I also have experience administering medication, taking care of dogs with special needs, and LOTS of drool! By word of mouth, I have gained many clients in my area and continue to provide the best care I can for every family and their furry friends! I am currently a sophomore at Siena College. Therefore, while classes are in session, I stick to weekends only. In the summertime, I am available every day of the week and I typically work 4-6 hour days. I offer in-home care at the convenience of you and your pets. Boarding is expensive and pets are nowhere nears as spoiled as they would be with me! Keeping your pets in your home while you are gone will ease their anxiety (as well as yours) and provide the best level of comfort for them. I offer the in-home care as well as dog walking and occasional drop-ins!

About: I currently live with 5 dogs, 3 cats, 2 bearded dragons, a leopard gecko and a hermit crab. There's no shortage of animal care within my house, but I've also had 3.5 years of dog daycare and boarding experience. In the past, I spent 3 months learning to pack walk and train. I do not offer training, but it would be helpful to know that I'm familiar with dog behavior and body language. Usually that brings some relief to people when entrusting a new person with their pets I'm between jobs at the moment and would love to continue making a living while combining my love for animals. Down the road, it would be nice to establish relationships with other pet owners and maybe start my own business revolving around pet care. I have pet sit for family friends in the past who had 3 dogs. One of them was a German Boxer and I was able to establish a friendly relationship with him. When he needed to go in his crate, he didn't give me a problem as soon as I put his leash on him. As for sleeping arrangements, I can crate dogs. If your dogs are friendly enough and it's okay with the owner themselves, I'm fine letting them sleep on the same bed and/or couch as me. If it isn't necessary to crate, they should have the freedom to move around as well.

About: Hi, I am an experienced dog walker who regularly walks all sizes & breeds of pups. I have pet first aid & pet sitting certifications from Pet Sitters International. I can sit 1 dog at a time in my own homes and have also sat for wonderful dogs and cats in their own homes. Since I have revisited many of my clients’ pets several times, I see myself as a favorite aunt who drops in to have fun & take wonderful care of the pets. =) I love being with animals, caring for them, getting to know their personalities & quirks and giving them all the love & attention they truly deserve. My focus now is on midday dog walks and cat drop-ins, with occasional overnights. I truly LOVE both dogs and cats. 🐶🐱❤️ I am available on weekdays and weekends for morning or afternoon walks. Please allow for 2-3 days notice. I am also available for adventure walks and full day sits. I understand your home is your sacred place and I will treat it as such. I pay careful attention to the amazing dogs and cats in my care with a focus on their emotional, social & physical wellbeing. For cats, I slowly engage (on their terms!), encourage interaction with wands/toys, and overall make sure their needs are met with fresh food and water, treats (if ok), a clean kitty commode, etc. Of course, I'll remain in regular contact with you to let you know how they're doing. About: Hello folks, I am an experienced animal caretaker with a background in fostering pets. I have cared for dogs, cats, other domestic pets, and farm animals. My clients, friends and family have entrusted me to watch their animals since I was 12. I believe that direct communication with pet owners will allow me to provide a safe and engaging experience for your animals. I work part-time from 10 am - 2 pm throughout the week. My work days change frequently but I am available outside of these hours for your caretaking needs. I will not be providing services in my home at this time. For pet sitting and walking services, I am available to stay in your home or do daily check ins. My goal is to be an accessible source for your animal while you travel or are at work. I will be available 24/7 via email or text after you book my services. Please provide me with any medical, dietary, or enrichment needs for your animal when you book my services. About: I've had dogs in my home at all times since I was born. We've had puppies, rescues and everything in between. I do not have my own pet, however, I've been house/dog sitting for 10 years now mainly by word of mouth. I'm excited to start this new adventure on Rover meeting and caring for your family(pups). I rent a home that comes with an acre of land. I like taking the pups on adventures such as hikes, ice creams dates, and swimming! I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! I'm free on the weekends so I will always be with your pup. On week days I generally work 9am-430pm so your pup would be alone roughly 8:30am to 4:45pm. My mom enjoys helping out and as long as they are a friendly dog, she will stop at my house halfway through the day to allow some stretching and potty breaks. I am diligent about keeping dogs on leashes as my yard is not fenced in. I also have a large lead that has worked well for other dogs I've watched. My house is always locked up. I have a clean driving record so your pups will always be safe if we travel at all. I have a number of references that can vouch for my honesty and integrity. If you are ever interested in hearing from my reference, please ask. I know the location of the nearest emergency vet if anything were to happen. I keep a clean, organized home so you won't have to worry about your dog getting into something they shouldn't, like the garbage!

About: I am a vet tech assistant, going for my vet tech degree. I have worked in veterinary clinics for over 2 yrs. I have experiences with animals from reptiles, to kittens/puppies, and horses. I plan to pet sit on my days off/up to the first night I have to go into work, which would be Wednesday afternoon around 3pm is the last time I am available for a drop in varying on location could be earlier or a tad later. I love animals very dearly as I have 5 of my own and work in the veterinary medicine industry to help as many as I can. I will make sure your pets are well taken care of. Whether that be a bath, given treats, taken for a walk, let them run in your backyard, car ride, or even just relaxing in the living room. I will treat them as if they were my own.
