“As an out-of-towner visiting Cambria, Jennifer was in a very convenient proximity to our lodging next to Moonstone Beach (less than 10 minutes away). First off, very calm and approachable demeanor making my dog at ease and peace of mind on my end. Great communication with me throughout day and even told us to take our time and enjoy the day out if needed—so cool! If i am ever in the Central Coast again making a road trip through PCH, I will not hesitate to use her again. Also note, if you lodge with one of the hotels nearby Cambria, they have a list of sitters that are highly recommended. Keep in mind, Jennifer is just as close by to the referrals given and is definitely a more competitive and suitable option.”

I wasn’t raised around cats quite as much, but over the past five years I’ve had the chance to spend much more time around them, and I’ve truly fallen in love with them. Getting to know their unique personalities has been such a joy, and now I adore cats just as much as I do dogs—with my whole heart. I’m also comfortable caring for pets at different life stages. I have patience with younger pets who are still learning routines and boundaries, and I’m especially gentle and mindful with senior pets who may need a slower pace, extra attention, or more comfort. My goal is always to make sure every pet feels loved, relaxed, and happy while in my care, and that owners feel confident knowing their pet is in kind and capable hands. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because spending time with animals is something I truly enjoy and prioritize. I work full-time during the week, but I’m available on weekdays after 5:30 PM, which allows me to provide evening walks, check-ins, feeding, playtime, and companionship for pets who need care later in the day. On weekends, I have much more flexibility and am available throughout the day and evening. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care, whether that means longer visits, walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company so they feel safe and relaxed. I’m also single with no children, which gives me the ability to pivot my schedule easily and be flexible when needed. I’m very mindful of how important consistency and routine are for animals, so I make sure to be dependable and present during the times I commit to. Spending time with pets never feels like a task to me—it’s something that genuinely brings joy and positivity to my day. Safety, trust, and comfort are always my top priorities when caring for someone’s pet and home. I treat every pet as if they were my own and every home with the same respect and care I would expect for mine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining the routine they’re already familiar with so they feel secure and comfortable. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any specific preferences the owner has. I also make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and positive interaction so they feel relaxed and cared for while their owner is away. I’m very attentive to pets’ behavior and body language, which helps me make sure they are feeling safe and comfortable. I keep a calm and positive presence around animals, and I believe they respond really well to that energy. I’m also respectful of the home environment, keeping things tidy, secure, and exactly as the owner expects.
