Pet care has been the perfect fit for my life because it allows me to be present for my family while also opening my home and heart to caring for other people’s beloved pets. For me, Rover isn’t just a way to earn extra income—it’s a way to contribute, connect with animals, and do something I genuinely love while being there for my family. 🐾❤️ Whether your pet stays in my home or I care for them in the comfort of their own home, my goal is always to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. When pets stay in my home, they become part of our family while they’re here. I have two friendly dogs and two friendly cats who are comfortable around other pets. I do not have a fenced-in yard, so outdoor time is always supervised and handled safely with leashes. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and plenty of love and attention.

About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

About: I never rush when hanging out with the babies! Sniffing is essential and I must allow maximized mental stimulation! My family dog is pretty rowdy too so i know how to handle a reactive dog. I also have 2 cats. One of them was so scared in the beginning so I know how to care for the scaredy cats. One, i found when he was just a baby so i’m experienced with kittens as well. I have extensive knowledge on reptiles, bugs, fish, rodents, and other critters as well! I am available weekdays in the evenings unless specified and most weekends. I will mark my calendar accordingly to show what days i am available and will communicate thoroughly. I will accommodate for each pets special routine and needs. Any requests by the pet parent shall be fulfilled and my low energy home is highly malleable to fit each pets needs.
