I got plenty of updates and my dog is tuckered out from all of his playtime. Definitely will be booking with them again next time we are out of town, so glad to have found them through Rover.”

About: I have lived with at least 2 dogs in my household for the past 20 years. Providing them with the opportunities to live fulfilling and healthy lives has been my priority. Although I am their caregiver, I consider them also to be my teachers. Learning how to communicate with them is the best way to ensure they are happy and calm, and that they feel safe. I am currently retired and spend quite a bit of time at the dog park. My dog and I are mostly inseparable. I take him with me to run errands when I can. It isn't always practical and so he minds the house when I am away. Barney is my only companion, and, even though I'm kind of a loner, Barney is NOT. He is extremely friendly and social and craves the company of other dog;, that factors into my decision to care for other dogs in my home. Barney will help me keep your dog comfortable and happy while in our care. We have a fenced back yard (4 foot). The surrounding properties have no dogs at this time. If your dog can jump a 4 foot fence, this may not be the safest home for him or her.

“Doug kept up with sharing pics and texts with me during my pups stay. The updates kept me from all worries I might of had. Doug seemed to figure out our dog’s play style, and shared with us new tricks Akira and him were doing. It sounded like they really had a fun time. Plus our dog got to meet new friends, go on lots of walks, and had a good amount of attention and treats.”
