“Leaving our cats and dog with someone new made me nervous, but Luca completely exceeded my expectations. Luca came for a meet-and-greet beforehand and asked questions about our cats and dog's routine. Luca sent multiple photos daily, giving total peace of mind. I highly recommend and will absolutely booking again.”

About: My name Christina, I have been around pets all my life. My daughter has been doing Rover for over 6 years and she absolutely loves it! So, I decided to sign up! When my daughter was moving back from Alabama to New Mexico, I took care of her cat and dog for about 3 weeks. I fed them, walked her dog and gave them plenty of love until she returned. I am fully vaccinated for Covid. My schedule fluctuates because I have a part time job and the hours vary. So, we can talk about the schedule prior to booking. I would love to take care of your fur babies because I would treat them like my grand babies like my daughters babies and give lots of loving and care while you are away. My daughters fur babies & their personalities: She cat and a dog. Tucker is the most laid back cat you will ever meet. You can literally carry him like a baby. He is great for introducing dogs that have never met cats before. **Please be mindful though, if your dog does not like cats. Please please please let me know that when you message me.* Yoshi is the only dog. Yoshi is a Shiba Inu who loves loves loves to play! I got Yoshi about 6 years ago. My pets are fully vaccinated and gets flee medication once a month. He is neutered. Yoshi, is a Shiba and if you know anything about Shiba's they can have temperamental personalities. Yoshi gets along with other dogs but on his time. He does not like over dominate/ over aggressive dogs. If your dog displays that, please be mindful, honest and upfront about the dynamics. Your animals are top priority when it comes to safety as well as my daughter animals. Cancellation Policy: If you book a stay with me. You will have 3-days before the start of the stay to cancel to get a full refund. If you cancel after the 3-days, you will be refunded 50% of the stay. The the 3-day policy in place, because I value your time and mine as well. I understand when unforeseen things happen. When I commit to booking with you, I decline all other bookings if the other booking dates conflict with your booking date to ensure that your animals will receive the best care. If you cancel after, I will not be able to recover from the other bookings in a short time span. This is first on my bio so you completely understand what the cancellation process is, so you can prepare for it ahead of time. Thank you in advance for understanding. First book, first serve: When booking for my services, I implement a first come, first serve service. More like first book, first serve. If a booking request is sent to me but not paid for in full, the booking is still pending. Meaning the dates requested will still be open for another client to book. If I receive a booking and it is completely booked and paid for then those dates will be blocked off my calendar to ensure that another client can't book during those dates. My schedule fluctuates, I have a part time job. We can speak about scheduling prior to booking to make sure I will be a good for you and your babies. I have been around pets all my life. About: I have taken care of many rescues and have housed many dogs and cats. I have always been the go to when it comes to watching people’s pets! I also enjoy long walks to the park! I am currently on break from school, and I only work part time in my day job! I am free in the mornings and at nights to assist with animal care! I can stay all day on the weekends and come see them for an early morning walk and be back by 4pm for another walk and some cuddles! I have three senior dogs! They all have arthritis and are very old so I’m not able to take them out for long walks, but I do push them in a wagon so they can get fresh air! One of my senior citizens is blind and deaf so having another dog around him might spook him, but I can watch the home and pet for you!😆❤️
“Jennifer is dependable, reliable, and professional. Felix really likes her and she is good with him and to him. Jennifer left our home neat and cleaned up (cat dishes, litter box etc) and followed all instructions. I highly recommend Jennifer and Felix will see her again, I am am sure! Thank you Jennifer!!”

“Rita was great! She came by for 4 days to feed my cat, clean her litter, and play with her. During these drop in visits she sent my photos and I could see that she was taking great care of my cat. She was super accommodating before. She came by for a meet and greet first, then she even came by to pick up my key as I forgot to make one for her ahead of time. I'll definitely rebook the next time I go on vacation!”
“Abigail was great with our two boys and also took good care of our house while we were out of town. She was reliably prompt and sent great pictures for each visit! One day when Sly was "missing" she reached out to us to ask about hiding spots, and sure enough Sly was being sly :)”

“Jesus has watched my fur babies twice now, and I know my babies are always safe with him! He’s very communicative and kind. Will absolutely ask for his help again when we travel!”

“Brittany was great! She was able to help out on short notice and was flexible. She was great with my dogs and communicating with me. This was my first time using Rover and everything was easy and went great. I would definitely ask for Brittany again.”

About: I been working with animals for 11 years now. Now being around other peoples fur babies is my part time job that I enjoy soo much. I will give full care and love toward the animals you hold dear to your heart and treat them as my own giving them their space and patience to letting them to get to know me. I make sure to play and walk animals and that they are promptly fed during their accustomed feeding hours and make sure any medicine is taken when needed. I always make sure water bowls are filled. I have six babies of my own, four dogs and two cats and I am fortunate that my little babies have uplifted my spirits on bad days and in return I like to give them the joy of just being outside for a hike or go backpacking, playing or cuddles! I can do housesits from San Felipe to any where near by Jemez, Santa Ana, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Albuquerque. For check ins and dog walks I prefer to be close to home from San Felipe to anything in between Rio Rancho.I do check ins at 10am - 6pm. Dog walks are also from 10am-6pm. I will not do any boarding or pet care at my own home. I have too many animals, would not want to overwhelm any animals.
“Erika is the best! My pup absolutely loves her and gets so excited on the days she comes over. She is so high energy and positive. Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of August 2026, there are 514 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across San Felipe Pueblo. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in San Felipe Pueblo. On Rover:
- 96% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 94% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
