“Reliable and conscientious. Worked thru illness and lots of snow. Willing to change her schedule when I booked the sit wrong and was already on my way out of town! Not super experienced with cats (I was in a shelter beh department and my mom bred cats so my baseline is high) but reading and learning. Also learning R+ training! My cat was not as frantic as she usually is when I got home after being gone almost two weeks. So she clearly got lots of attention. Plus she continued meowing for Rhiannon and checking the doors even when she had me. And no new undesirable behaviors. Also I'd left the house excessively clean because I had guests coming and was pleased to find it just as clean when I got home.”

About: I been working with animals for 11 years now. Now being around other peoples fur babies is my part time job that I enjoy soo much. I will give full care and love toward the animals you hold dear to your heart and treat them as my own giving them their space and patience to letting them to get to know me. I make sure to play and walk animals and that they are promptly fed during their accustomed feeding hours and make sure any medicine is taken when needed. I always make sure water bowls are filled. I have six babies of my own, four dogs and two cats and I am fortunate that my little babies have uplifted my spirits on bad days and in return I like to give them the joy of just being outside for a hike or go backpacking, playing or cuddles! I can do housesits from San Felipe to any where near by Jemez, Santa Ana, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Albuquerque. For check ins and dog walks I prefer to be close to home from San Felipe to anything in between Rio Rancho.I do check ins at 10am - 6pm. Dog walks are also from 10am-6pm. I will not do any boarding or pet care at my own home. I have too many animals, would not want to overwhelm any animals.

About: I wanted a dog my whole life but my parents weren't pet people. I finally got my own dog as an adult when I also had two toddlers. It was way more work than I thought it would be, but training my puppy and watching him grow and teaching my kids about caring for a dog was so incredibly fulfilling! I loved learning about training and dog behavior and psychology and learned so much! I love all animals and especially love dogs and would love to share that love with your dog too!! I am a full time stay at home mom so my schedule is very flexible. Two of my kids are in school all day and I have a 2 year old who is home with me all day. I spend most of my time at home, with the occasional outings and errand running. Because I have a flexible schedule, I can fit your dog's schedule easily into mine. I can do potty breaks and walks whenever necessary and I live near a couple parks with dog runs that I like to take my dog to, so I could easily bring your dog as well. Though I am busy with 3 kids, I'm never too busy to love and care for extra pets! I have a fenced yard where your dog can go out for potty breaks. It is not a huge yard, but it is safe with rocks and turf where my dog uses the bathroom. My dog is inside for pretty much the whole day so your dog would be with him inside as well. I do have 3 kids, so your dog needs to be ok with small children, but they have all grown up with a dog and know how to be kind and respectful to dogs.

They all have arthritis and are very old so I’m not able to take them out for long walks, but I do push them in a wagon so they can get fresh air! About: I’ve taken care of my senior dog for four years before she passed away. This includes feeding, bathing, brushing, meeting her potty needs and walking. I also pet sit for two dogs when their owner is out of town. I work for a restaurant during the morning or afternoon shift for roughly 6 hours. I can work in between those times and I only have one shift a day. (Some days are completely open!) I am very good about respecting spaces and following directions. When I moved to Utah, by myself, in January 2023, I got lonely and craved animal connection, so I began with Rover. It has been such a great thing in my life. I hope to continue my services in New Mexico. I now have 2 pups of my own, but my partner cares for them when I am sitting. I will never bring them to a sit unless prior meeting and permission of the owners. Bloopers and Scub are young, big, lover boys with a lot of energy. They LOVE other dogs. About: Hello! I’m Miranda and I love animals, I have volunteered at my local animal shelter for almost a year! I helped with dog walking, socializing the dogs with people and with community events to help the light shine over our animals. I’m going to be a substitute teacher for this next school year! About: I worked at the Albuquerque BioPark zoo for 5 years taking care of many types of animals. My time there has made me passionate about providing the highest quality animal care and enrichment. I make it my goal to give your pets a stay-cation while you vacation or work! I have worked with dogs and cats of all ages, and also small animals, birds, and barn animals. I am especially good with elder pets and am familiar with their mobility and medication requirements. I currently dog-walk and pet-sit full time so I’ll be able to provide lots of care and attention during the day/evenings. I usually only leave the pets for a few hours at a time and can adjust this to fit your schedule. I usually do not care for pets in my home. I believe that by staying in your home and keeping pets in their usual routines, they thrive the best.

My goal is to maintain a calm, consistent presence so pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. For in home drop-ins, I provide feeding, fresh water, litter box or yard clean up, medications if needed, and quality time with each pet. I tailor each visit to the pet’s energy level and personality including playtime, short walks, or quiet companionship. I also provide updates after each visit so owners feel connected and reassured. For dog walking, I focus on safe, structured walks that match your dog’s pace and needs. I prioritize leash safety, positive reinforcement, and a calm walking experience. Walks can include neighborhood routes or familiar areas your dog enjoys, or local dog parks, and I always ensure they return home settled, hydrated, and comfortable.
