Ron exceeded every expectation. From the moment we met him, it was clear he genuinely loves dogs. Throughout our entire trip, he sent daily updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Instead of wondering how they were doing, we could actually see they were happy, relaxed, and having fun. Our two Shih Tzus, Hali’a and Fitz, settled in beautifully. They even learned to use the doggie door! They had the opportunity to interact with Ron and his sweet dogs, Lily and Cannoli, and it was obvious they were treated like part of the family instead of being left in a kennel. As pet parents, there’s nothing more valuable than being able to enjoy your vacation knowing your dogs are safe, loved, and well cared for. Ron gave us exactly that. “It was our first time using Rover. Our year old dog Sandee loved being with them. They have a sweet dog named Preston which she enjoyed playing with. Carina and Santiago's two daughters also help with the pet care. Felicia even made Sandee a couple handmade flowers for her collar. So sweet! They also offer for a small additional fee pick up and drop off of your pet if needed. They treat their Rover pets as part of the family. :) We will be regulars with them!!”
“We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. We were immediately impressed by the secure yard and surroundings. Our dog immediately bonded with her little dog Chewey. To make sure, we arranged two "play days" to make sure that all went well. Everything went better than expected and I, being an overly protective pet parent, felt at ease with leaving our dog for a week. I had nothing to worry about. Cynthia took great care of our dog, sent us regular updates including pictures and videos. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard. When we came back we found that our dog had such a good time that I'm not sure she wanted to leave! Needless to say that Cynthia will be our first choice to watch our dog whenever the need arises! “Darlene went above and beyond with our little girl, Rosie. We really put her through the ringer. Rosie is older and has health issues that occasionally arise. Just before her stay, she started experiencing incontinence, which, though treated, was not yet under control during her stay with Darlene. Poor Darlene had to use her mop quite a bit, and despite the burden, she treated Rosie so gently and sweetly. Even though having accidents normally stresses Rosie out, she was very content at Darlene's. She was given a lot of love, a healthy amount of treats, and plenty of outside and playtime with Darlene's little pom, Foxi. We were able to relax knowing that Rosie was in great hands. We're big fans of Darlene. Will book again, if she'll have us.”

Daniel is such a kind, warm, and caring person, and it clearly shows in the way he cares for the dogs entrusted to him. “Marraya and her mother went above and beyond to accommodate our tiny but mighty chihuahuas for an entire weekend. They cared and loved our babies like if they were their own. Fur babies had to board at Marrayas house which was so clean and smelled so fresh. Abe and Zena do have special requirements and they were all fulfilled. Appreciate Pat's willingness to do back to back bookings in a short period, flexibility with drop off and pick up, daily photo and text updates and an overall great demeanor with dogs, even venturing into socializing the most anti-social dog I know! Chris was an absolutely wonderful sitter. He really understands pit bulls, as he used to have one, and it is obvious from the photos and videos he shared, that he and Kuda really connected. Working from home, he was always available to Kuda and I would gladly use his services again.
Although he can't talk, I believe my small terrier mix Jack enjoyed staying with Austin, Jen and their little dog, Badger. Austin sent lots of pictures and videos, and was agreeable to all directions including adding green beans and PlaqueOff to Jack's 2 daily meals. He also agreed to gauzing off Jack's few teeth. Julia was wonderful! She was incredibly flexible with our drop-off and pick-up times and communicated with us throughout our dog’s stay. Very happy with my puppy’s first boarding experience. My dog is young but Vicky handled him really well. I think Vicky has a natural talent caring for dogs and she offered me some helpful tips when he’s home with me. Would ask Vicky again to care for Frankie ( and already have) thank you .
My two dogs stayed with her for eight days and couldn't have been in better hands. My poodle, Max, had a blast playing with her dog Ernie, and my tiny Chihuahua was spoiled rotten, exactly how she likes it. I got lots of photos and videos throughout their stay, which made the whole trip completely stress-free for me. They had so much fun I'm not sure they even wanted to come home! Highly recommend.
Marraya and her mom were the best sitters I ever could have hoped for. They were not only responsible and caring, they also took the time to get to know my dog and understand her. My dog clearly bonded with the whole family, and I'll be reaching out to Marraya again the next time I'm out of town.

Charlotte took great care of our doggo during our short weekend trip. She was available for our last minute request and over a holiday weekend, which we really appreciated, and was very flexible with drop-off and pick-up timing. Our dog seems like he had a great time with her. Would definitely recommend and will look to book with her again!
Such a great boarding experience! My little guy was having some tummy troubles leading up to his stay and Logan was great at keeping me up to date with how he was doing. My travels were affected by traffic getting back into town and Logan was super helpful with coordinating drop off and pick up. My dog came home happy and had clearly had a great stay! He even was wearing a cute bandana when I picked him up! So grateful for Logan's flexibility and the care he gave my little buddy while I was away!
We had a meet-and-greet where all three dogs were on their best behavior, and we were hoping that introduction would carry over to the actual sitting. It was the opposite. One of the dogs marked the apartment from stress and Melissa told us it was a reason she might not sit for us again. All three cried at the front door for the first thirty minutes and she let them key off each other's anxiety rather than separating them, which made the first stretch harder than it needed to be. Our previous sitter separated them and they settled much faster. She also suggested we book three separate sitters, which is expensive and a logistical nightmare when you're traveling. If your dogs are reactive to each other when anxious, it's worth asking about her approach before booking. We're hoping that with repeated visits the dogs will get more comfortable with her and it will get easier. Consistency with one sitter is the key.
