About: I grew up around dogs, and my family has always had at least one dog in our home. Being around dogs my whole life has given me experience caring for dogs at all stages of life, with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I've also regularly dog-sat for families over the past 6 years, which has helped me become comfortable meeting new dogs and adapting to their individual routines. I understand that every dog is different, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I'm currently in graduate school, and pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I enjoy getting outside to walk, play, and spend quality time with dogs, which is also a great way to take a break from studying. I understand the importance of maintaining each dog's regular routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and time to relax at home. I do my best to plan around my school schedule so each dog gets the attention, care, and companionship they need. I live in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard where dogs can get outside and enjoy fresh air. Although my yard isn't fenced, I always supervise dogs and keep them on a leash when outside to ensure their safety. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or a client's, I do my best to maintain their normal routines so they feel comfortable and relaxed. I follow any specific instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, and other daily needs. I understand every dog is different, so I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I also keep owners updated with pictures and messages so they can feel confident their pets are in good hands.

“Aaron was a great fit for our dog - Miso loved spending the week with him. It took a few days for Miso to adjust to his first ever sitter and Aaron handled it well - checking in with us when he noticed that Miso wasn't eating and seemed a little home sick. By the end of the week, Miso seemed to be having a great time. Aaron sent pictures and updates throughout the week, which was really appreciated. We would highly recommend Aaron. He was open to meeting with us before we left on vacation and asked great questions (vet info, local contacts, likes and dislikes, etc). We usually leave Miso at a boarder, but since our trip was going to be longer than usual we were hoping to find someone local that could give Miso more personal attention and affection - Aaron made us feel comfortable leaving Miso with him for an extended period of time. I work part time and I have a yard and a full apartment where an animal could be very comfortable in. I’m very active and take many walks throughout the day. I have a lot of space in our home. A lot of space for a dog bed or crate to be in the bedroom or even sleep in the bed. I have a private yard that is set away from the street and other neighbors with friendly dogs. I follow each pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, fresh food and water, and lots of love. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their pet is happy and well cared for while they’re away.
