1. Anneke M.
“Anneke was very sweet and did a great job of taking care of our pup. She was extremely accommodating to our schedule and I highly recommend her for any out of owners visiting for a few days”
2. Isaac O.
About: I have always been around dogs and other pets since I was a baby, and have always loved and cherished them. As an adult we have raised and taken care of three cats and dogs. While in the military for 10 years, I was responsible for taking care of many other pets, especially dogs, for other service members while they traveled or deployed. My dog Nigel and I tend to make fast friends with any other dogs we meet! I recently got out of the military, and moved back home to Vermont. I am currently not working, and will be working on online college courses from home for the foreseeable future. Therefore I have a very flexible schedule, and can make all the time necessary to keep any pets entertained and well taken care of! I have a very sweet four year old male English Cream Golden Retriever, named Nigel, who loves friends more than anything (other than treats) and will be my permanent doggie daycare assistant. We have a large 2.5 acre property that is partially fenced, with large yard space to run in, and wooded nature trails in the back for walks and lots of sniffs. We are also about 5 minutes away from a beautiful dog park and miles of nature trails that we try to go to every day.
3. Sarah K.
“Sarah is one of the few people we trust to take care of our 2 labs while we are away. We appreciate her communication and it is obvious that she cares for our dogs like they are her own. Thank you!”
4. Jackie M.
“The host and his wife are sweet and caring! Femi had a wonderful night with a lot of outdoor plays. I would come back again for sure and will recommend them to anyone who needs a great Rover host!!”
5. Michele W.
“Michele was amazing. She and her husband treated Grayson like their own - even better than we do, actually! Grayson had a nice, gentle dog to play with, they took him for play and walks every day, and it was clear they gave him plenty of personal attention. Grayson is a very easy dog, but doesn't adjust easily when we or our son (his main owner) are not at home. But he was so happy with Michele and her husband that he didn't want to leave when we picked him up. Michele's communication was very clear and totally reliable. No changes, adjustments, etc. Thank you!”
6. Ruchi N.
“Simply amazing! Rushi sent cute photos and updates to put my mind at ease - Alan had a blast with her family and sweet little toddler. They took him on walks, gave lots of love and kept me updated throughout :)”
7. Chelsey Y.
“This was our first Rover experience. We were beyond pleased with Chelsey! She took such good care of our girl. We got daily pics and knew she was in great hands. We will definitely be using her again!”
8. Laura C.
“Best boarding experience hands down! Sully came home so happy and exhausted after his time at doggy camp. We received lots of updates and pictures during his stay and I know our pup had the best time playing and adventuring with Laura’s dogs and family. Will definitely be coming back!”
9. Kimberly & Nick S.
“Kim and Nick are the best. They welcomed my dog into their home, treated him like family and did not mind that he has a thing for collecting socks. I highly recommend them and will book again.”
10. Linda N.
“This was the first time i used Rover and was a bit worried about leaving Cohen with someone i did not know. I relied on the reviews :) to chose Linda and i am glad i did. She was quick to respond to emails and amiable. She sent photos of their outing at the park where it was obvious Cohen had a great time! I picked up a tired and happy pouch the following day. Merci Linda”
11. Stephanie & John D.
“This couple was wonderful! They treated my Australian Shepard and papillon like family and sent pictures while we were away with lots of updates! I will most certainly be using them again in the future! It felt nice that my boys were getting the same level of care and love that they would be at home. ?”
12. Mikayla & James D.
“Mikayla and James watched my two cats for a week and were great! I was a little concerned at first since they have multiple pets of their own, and my cats can be shy, but they did an amazing job both giving them space and socializing with them! I got some great pictures and videos and was never worried about them during the week. I would 100% recommend and may in the future myself!”

About: Ive been around animals since I was young. My puppy is turning 4 this year, his name is Alvah! Since having him i’ve developed skills in training puppies, grooming, walking, bathing, feeding, playing, and overall care that animals deserve. I’ve been around blind dogs and senior animals who need medications or extra support. The number one thing i’ve learned is listening to my intuition. An animals demeanor, look in their eyes, body language, and energy says more than words ever could. Sometimes it feels like I know that they are thinking! I believe there is something special about connecting with another creature outside of your own species. That being said I adore all animals of any gender, size, age, condition, and personality:) I currently work two jobs, both part time. My days off are Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday and Thursday I tend to work night shifts but that is not consistent as my schedule changes based on what my job needs. Friday-Sunday I work during the day and usually have the evenings to myself after 4pm. On the bright side both of my jobs are flexible and understanding. If there are any concerns about time or availability please feel free to communicate that with me and we can work it out! I live in a basement apartment, there is a fenced yard. The neighborhood is great for walks, and there are fun trails in the area. The family I rent from does have a small high energy dog, but it is rare that we are in the backyard at the same time. As for my puppy he goes back and forth between my family and I. So if your pet likes company or is better alone, either works! I try to walk him 2-3 times a day and he goes out to do his business every 1-2 hours. If there are certain instructions you have for your pet or home rest assured I will follow them! I am a clean and organized person in my home and in others. I believe communication and honesty is so important, for both parties to feel safe and happy.
14. Katelyn C.
“I brought my dog Emilie to two other Rover “meet ups” before finding a sitter we felt happy to leave our girl with…Katelyn! Our dog is older so we wanted no small children or rowdy dogs in the home, and a fenced yard. Katelyn ticked all the boxes, and when we met her she felt like a great fit. We just picked Emilie up from her second stay within the last month, and she made it obvious she did not want to leave. That is the sign of a happy dog and a great sitter. We’re very relieved to have found Katelyn.”
15. Alex L.
“Alex est un super gardien d’animaux, je le recommande à 100%”
16. Stéphanie J.
About: I’m a dog owner myself. I have been around many dogs for the past 6 years. I’m caring and I adapt to your dog needs. I’m currently a student, mostly at home. I’m hiking daily and Jack’s always come along on the mountain, we can bring your dog too and have dog’s date. I have a fenced backyard and I have a second crate if it’s needed for your dog. My home is a very dog friendly place.
17. Andrea P.
“First time using Rover and Andrea was awesome. She was super responsive, punctual, loving and caring to our dogs (ages 5mth, 2 & 3 yrs). We couldn’t have had a better experience and would definitely use Andrea’s services again and again!”
18. Brittany T.
“Brittany was incredible with our fur babies! She updated us frequently with pictures and videos. She kept in constant contact. Drop off and pick up were both extremely easy and convenient. Anytime going forward, I’ll be using her services!”
19. Dakota A.
“I found myself unexpectedly in the hospital and desperately needed someone trustworthy to care for my dog, Roscoe. Dakotah really came through for me, at a moment’s notice. She sent regular photo updates, and was very flexible when I needed to extend care for several more days. Would definitely use again.”
20. Whitney H.
“Whitney was so fantastic with our little Callie. She had her for a weekend while we stayed in Stowe. Her dog Harper and her three year old daughter were great playmates. Shes so easy to work with, very flexible about drop off/pick up times and best of all sent regular updates including pictures multiple times while we were gone. Can’t recommend her enough! You won’t be disappointed.”
