I have a large fenced in yard and a goofy doggo to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog and/or mine if needed.

About: I've been pet sitting for my family as long as I can remember. My parents have always had pets, so I've spent my entire life caring for many different animals. I have experience caring after dogs, cats, chickens, fish, and small mammals such as bunnies and rats. I am also knowledgeable about reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates though I have never personally owned any. I am self employed so I am completely open to any time a pet sitter is needed. We were grateful that she hadn't shredded the sofa or the carpet, or anything. And Quinn mucked out the litter box, which wasn't on my Rover list, so thanks for that! The house key was right where I asked that it be left. Besides being available over the holiday weekend, Quinn was very accommodating for times and for meet-and-greet. About: I’ve taken care and walked dogs since I was around 12 and I have also taken on foster kittens since I was 10. I have also had neighbors rely on me to check and take their pets out when away on vacations. I currently work part time at PetSmart taking care of all the animals within the building including fish, reptiles, birds and small animals while also interacting with dogs daily and even assisting in practicing basic training skills. (Sit, stay, down) I can crate dogs if necessary as well as work on basic training skills for younger dogs. I can also walk dogs around your neighborhood or take them on a walk throughout the trails around Barnstable.
“Jared was great. When I first reached out, he got back to me through Rover within a couple of hours. We spoke the next day and set up a meet and great so we could meet him and he could meet the pups. He brought his filfriend Tanya, as she may be helping which I appreciated. We were away for 2 nights and parts of 3 days. When the dogs met him they warmed up very quickly to both he and Tanya, so it was set. We left some written instructions to reinforce what we had discussed and Jared was great. Through the app, he would check in when he was coming and their with our pups. We were going through a heat wave with high humidity and he let me know the conditions in the house, we left the AC on. And I had him adjust, so the dogs were comfortable. Overall, great experience and great job. I will use Jared again when the need arises. Thanks.”

I have many years of experience with having my own dog as well as taking care of family members dogs☺️ I live in a house in Buzzards Bay with a large yard and a quiet neighborhood for great long walks that I love to go on! I also live right across from the canal and it’s my favorite walking area to do. I love dogs and see them as if they were a child and love them as if they were my own. I have plenty of time to fully attend to your dogs every need- plenty of exercise and attention! I have lots of availability to fit in all the needs of your dog that they may need! Morning, afternoon or nightly walks, play or over night care. My pets are greatly cared for in my home, I would also treat your fur baby as one of my own in your home or mine
