“We can not say enough how much we appreciate Joseph. He was able to get our anxious dog to fully accept him as a friend when 99.9% of people can’t touch her. She was giving him paw and was super excited to see him! The other amazing part is one of our cats came out to see him and let Joseph pet her! No one believes we have this cat since she hides from EVERYONE! Joseph is extremely reliable and wonderful with all our pets. People would be crazy not to hire him to take care of their pets.”

“Fionnuala is as always, a life saver. She makes herself available, even on the shortest of notice. My dog is a high energy, jumping handful. But she's great with him! I'm so appreciative of when she's able to stop in and care for my fur baby.”

About: I have been caring for animals my entire life. As a 10 year old child, I was fostering dogs while managing my schoolwork and evolving social life. I have had and cared for many different types of pets, including (but not limited to): dogs, cats, birds, hermit crabs, and hamsters. As a 28 year old adult, I now have a sweet dog named Zelda (GSD/Husky mix, 5yrs, 60lbs), whom I adopted at 3 months. I trained her myself and had her fully housebroken with no accidents within 5 months. I have also cared for and assisted in training my mother's dog Sumo (St. Bernard, ~9yrs, 165lbs. With my life experience and graduate degree in psychology, I am very capable of handing whatever comes my way. I look forward to meeting you and your baby! I am working part-time on the weekends and on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursday nights. Therefore, I have a great deal of time to dedicate to your loved ones and make sure they are well cared for! I regularly take my dogs out for relief and exercise in my yard. They get regular feedings and water bowl cleanings to make sure they are well fed and hydrated. When it gets hot, I make sure to add ice cubes to their water, provide them with pupsicles (frozen dog safe ice cream!), and keep the AC running. I always make sure to build in playtime and snuggles to make them feel loved and cared for.

“Helene is awesome. I heard her on my ring cameras talking to my pups, and could immediately tell she’s a true animal lover. She followed my instructions and sent several great photos. We will most definitely be repeat customers!”

“Danielle was great during the drop in visit with my dogs and took the time to go above and beyond to make sure they were both taken care of before leaving. She is very attentive and I’ll definitely be booking her again for future visits and walks!”

“Lisbeth was amazing! Was super attentive and caring with my cats. Even offering to stop back in later in the day when my one cat chose not to eat. Will absolutely be using Lisbeth going forward whenever I need someone to stop in and check on my cats!”

“Cassie is very attentive, sweet and helpful with our new puppy. She is warm and welcoming. She is great at communicating and will ask questions so there is a clear care plan for your pooch! We are so happy we met her to help with our puppy!”

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong love and hands on experience with dogs of all ages. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid, continued through college, and now I have a senior dog of my own; so I truly understand the patience and attentiveness older dogs need. Whether it’s a puppy or a senior, I tailor my care to each dog’s personality and needs. I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I am currently home for the summer from college so I have a lot of flexibility. My daily/weekly routine will be very open to caring for your pets! When I care for pets through walks or drop-in visits, my priority is making them feel happy and comfortable. For walks, I follow your dog’s pace and routine, whether they prefer a brisk walk or a slow lap around the block. During drop ins, I make sure they get fresh water, food (if needed), playtime, and lots of affection. I follow any specific instructions you leave to keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress free.

About: I have grown up around animals my whole life! In New Mexico we had 5 dogs and 2 cats they were my responsibility to keep fed, happy, healthy! I have years of experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes and am comfortable around even the biggest and the friendliest dogs. Can’t wait to meet yours! I am currently working from home but have pretty flexible time constraints. Which means I have plenty of time to play with furry buddies! I often will take walks to nearby local parks or trails, and I am early riser so there is allot of flexibility in my schedule. We have a large backyard that with a fenced up play pen and have had several dogs in the house so plenty of left over toys and stuff to chew on. I have sat dogs with crates but unfortunately do not have one on the property.

About: Chris is a local firefighter and EMT, and Ellen is a fourth grade teacher. Chris grew up with dogs and cats, while Ellen had cats and got her first dog when she was engaged to Chris. Currently we have a black lab pup named Whitley and two rescued cats, in addition to our two animal-loving human kiddos. Whitley is always looking for playmates! Chris has a rotating work schedule, and depending on your needs is very available certain days and nights. He would love to help you with your pet care needs as long as he is off-duty that day or days. We have a fenced in yard with a lot of space to run around. Inside we have a double crate - Whitley uses one side and the other side is currently available. They would be separated but close to each other. Whitley is generally out of the crate while we are home but can be kept in one gated room if needed. We are willing to adapt to your needs when caring for your pet.

About: I am current graduate student at Ramapo college looking for a new way to spend time with dogs (since I can’t get one of my own just yet)! I just ended my time volunteering at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a short term volunteer with completing my undergraduate degree. In the past I have worked at a dog daycare taking care of 15-20 dogs at a time. I pet sit for friends and family all the time but I am looking to meet new furry friends. I’m currently working part-time and going to school full-time. I have large chunks of time off. My weekend schedule is free for walking and during the week the same. I will not offer in-home services as I have a family pet that does not get along well with other dogs, but does great with humans.

“Melissa was amazing with our 2 cats! They warmed up to her so quickly and she snapped some great photos of them too really capturing their personalities. Great communication and gave us such peace of mind while we were away from our girls for the week. Thank you again Melissa!”
