He did an excellent job looking after her by making sure she had appropriate interaction time, play time, feedings, etc. He also gave her the space to deal with us being gone. All-in-all when we returned she was more relaxed and that was due to how well Lucas took care of her and her not having to leave her home for care. I have worked with a travel vet for 2 years (before kids) and dog grooming! My love for animals hasn’t changed, I’m recently new to Rover again because I love working with animals and would love to start to get out there again. I give updates often and will have plenty of photos to share with you! My dogs are super friendly to all animals as they lived on a farm before. I’m hoping to help families while providing for mine:) Pet care fits naturally into my daily life because I own my own business and work for myself, which gives me the flexibility to prioritize animals throughout the day. About: I have had pets since I was born. I currently live with four dogs and two cats and help take care of them. I can walk dogs on short and long walks. I can house sit any pets or check in as needed. I have a cat of my own named Clementine. She is an affectionate two year old who loves to play. My sister has a cat of her own named Ace. She is six and prefers her space. She will find you when she wants attention or wants to play. My parents have four dogs. The oldest is Ripley at eleven years old. She loves affection and to cuddle. Penny is a Westie mix who is eight years old. She is a sassy dog who will wrestle her way into getting love. Her brother, Balin, is an eight year old German Shepherd. When he is not barking at one of the neighbors walking on the sidewalk, he loves to play ball or play with his sisters. The youngest dog is Artemis. She is a two year old German Shepherd who cannot stop moving. She loves to play and be outside for as long as she can. I work Monday through Thursday from 8am to 3pm. I am free Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I give pets amble opportunity before I go to work to use the bathroom, eat, and stretch their legs before I leave. When I get back I take the pets out immediately and feed them when scheduled. If I do leave the house, I try not to be gone for more than 4-6 hours. I can follow all of the instructions to the letter. I understand everyone has preferences how their pet is taken care of. I would love to know any quirks or routines your pets may have. I like to update after every visit. For house sitting, I will send photos and an update in the morning and another one in the afternoon. I can provide more updates if desired.

About: I have over 10 years experience with training dogs. I’m currently a certified dog trainer at Petsmart. I will treat your pup with respect. No such thing as a bad dog. Can't wait to meet your pup. I’m a trainer at petsmart current working everyday except Tuesdays and Thursdays currently. Those days I’m free to feed, walk, play with or dog sit your pup. Anytime day or night on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will take the time to meet with you ahead of time and follow all instructions. I’m dog CPR certified. I will make sure I know where everything is that I need and that I have vet contact details.

About: I’ve been trusted with the care of all kinds of animals from a young age, to include: 10-75+ pound dogs (including a police K9), indoor/outdoor cats, rodents, fish, turtles, crabs, and reptiles. I’ve taken care of as many as 12 animals for two weeks straight (for one client), so I'm more than capable of managing any amount! I provide quality care and communicate in a timely manner; so, if you want guaranteed peace of mind about your pets when you’re out of town, I'm your guy! I’m happy to meet with you and your animal(s) to see if we’re the right fit for each other- up to half an hour free! I am a full-time student for this summer semester with the majority of my classes being online/asynchronous, which keeps me free for drop-ins and full time house sits! On Monday and Tuesday mornings, I have in-person courses in the local area (Stafford and Spotsylvania respectively), and anticipate being unavailable for no more than four hours maximum depending on your location, though it is likely I'll be available again within three hours. I value trust and transparency regarding pet care, rules, and boundaries.
