After an unexpected extra day of being gone, they even kept her an extra day happily. There was the cutest outside and inside area the pups had free access to. It wasn't like a kennel where she was cooped up all day. She had play time and fun with the other pups. She didn't even want to leave. As we were leaving, she kept pulling on her leash back to Brooke. This is a dog who doesn't pull on leash without being exceptionally sure of what she wants. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. They also allow you to see the area the pups are kept before you book which was great!”

About: I’m a healthcare worker who loves pets! We had 2 Shetland sheepdogs growing up. I have raised 2 chihuahua puppies, and one needed multiple eye surgeries and follow up care. I’m very trust worthy and compassionate when it comes to dogs, friends and family trust me with there pets I’m currently working during the week, but I’m available every weekend and also every Friday after 4:00 pm so I’ll have plenty of time to play with animals on weekends. About: Hello hello! My name is Jocelyn, and I’m a 20-year-old dog lover that recently picked up petsitting in December! 😋🫶🏽 Until last year, I’d grown up with pets my entire life. Since my last childhood Pitbull, Roxy (one out of three total dogs) passed away last July, it’s been difficult adjusting to life without them to share it with me. My schedule feels hollow and incomplete after having spent the last four years with two senior dogs. Those four years have given me experience waking up both late and early to tend to a pet’s many needs, and stay up as long as needed to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Living in a house of dog lovers, your pet(s) will be both well-cared for and showered with love all throughout their stay. 💕 Having our late girl’s passing so recent, we still have all the living necessities available for use if need be. This includes pet beds, food/water bowls, functional kennels, poop bags, and a couple toys. We adore our dogs, and are ready to cherish yours just as much before they return back into your loving arms. Petsitting will provide peace of mind for both me and my clients. Whether you’re away for a short or extended period, rest assured your pet(s) stay with us will be easygoing, well communicated, and overall an experience to remember! 😁 I’m currently hunting for a full-time position outside of Rover. When I eventually enter the workforce, petsitting will likely become a background gig I can no longer give my full attention to. Since it’ll be my first ever job, adapting to a new schedule will cause me to become heavily split between sleep, work, and my own physical health, which would conflict with petsitting until I’d find a decent balance. Our lives were once surrounded by two pitbulls and a chihuahua that we showered with love daily. Expect that your pet(s) will be treated as if they were our own! ❤️

I have consistently sat for and walked friends dogs (multiple at a time). I have taken in a neighbors cats for months after an emergent situation, and my family members have cats a well. No pet too big or too small! I love them all :) I am currently working part time 2-4 days a week so I will have a lot of time to care for your pets! On my off days I’m available any time, especially day time. I can meet your pet care needs! At home we have an open field but also a fenced in area and two small dogs which can play or be separate. I can follow your schedule as far as potty and walks and am able to walk long distances and play! I know some kiddos can be picky eaters like mine so I will happily embrace your pets quirks! No request is too strange and I will not have any problem respecting you or your pets routine.

When they are outside, I will either take them out on a leash if your yard is not fenced, or keep watch on them while they are in a fenced-in yard. On walks, I will use whatever accessories you suggest for your dog, whether that be a harness, collar, etc. I will bring water with me for any extended walks, and be sure to monitor them for any signs of fatigue especially in our hot weather. About: I’ve taken care of dog for the last three years. I’m very trust worthy and compassionate when it comes to dogs, friends and family trust me with there pets I’m currently working during the week, but I’m available every weekend and also every Friday after 4:00 pm so I’ll have plenty of time to play with animals on weekends. I have a wide opened smoke free apartment so the pets could run freely and be comfortable. There is plenty of out door space also with a nature trail to walk.

For eating I always assure if there's more than one animal they eat apart from each other to ensure no one gets too possessive over their food. Safe, comfortable, and fun are all important when thinking of your pet.
About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was the age of six and I have a great way and love with them . My schedule varies weekly as I have a college retention student job and I get off pretty late but I’m very flexible. I can always work around getting your pet taken care of! I care for them with love and with their necessities as needed on a daily bases whether it’s taking them out for a walk twice a day or feeding them twice a day as well or any extra care like giving them their meds as needed as well.

It wasn't like a kennel where she was cooped up all day. She had play time and fun with the other pups. She didn't even want to leave. As we were leaving, she kept pulling on her leash back to Brooke. This is a dog who doesn't pull on leash without being exceptionally sure of what she wants. Chris maintained the strict schedule I gave him including daily medications and ample playtime to ensure my dog was happy and healthy while he was away from my care. Chris was responsive to my messages and even sent picture updates completely unprompted. I was never left wondering how my pup was doing because Chris went out of his way to constantly update me. After seeing the property Chris resides on, I was comforted to know that my dog would have plenty of room to run around and get his energy out. Chris’s own dogs were friendly and very excited to meet a new friend which I viewed as a great opportunity for my own dog to increase his socialization skills.
