“Laura is wonderful! Great communication and my girl trusted her very early on! Athena is a Tim at rescue and often times won’t leave the house with sitters for the first couple visits, but Athena left with her all three of her first visits and even went for a walk with her a couple times which she rarely does. My expectations are getting her potty break met and to get her exercise needs met as well as a huge bonus! Will definitely hire again!”

About: I have had pets my whole life. I currently have a small farm. I have chickens, ducks, turkies, pigs, dogs and cats. Alone with rabbits and guinea pigs. we are a very pet friendly area. Live in a wooded area on a dead end street. I currently work from home and have time for pet care. My youngest daughter is also in the home. Also have my granddaughter here on the weekends. she is 11. I will provide care in my home since I work from home this is the best for me at this time. I also have my 11 yr old granddaughter here on weekends.

About: I have always had dogs growing up as a kid. Then I started dog sitting for my neighbors and realized what I wanted to do in life was take care of animals for the rest of my life. Went to college to become and vet tech and currently help out with locals rabies clinics every spring. I am currently working full time in Middlebury. And as of now I do not currently work weekends, but that will be changing in the next month or two. I currently live on a farm,and my boyfriend's dog is a super friendly lab who loves to play ball. I do have a crate available if need be.

About: Hi! My name is Jillian, and I love caring for dogs! I have enjoyed meeting lots of family’s and pets through using Rover the last couple of years. Prior to using Rover, I had also been a dog/cat sitter from multiple families in my neighborhood since I was 12. I have done daily dog walking, drop ins, as well as over nights for weeks at a time. I was also a volunteer at the Rutland County Humane Society for 2 years. I have cared for dogs of all ages and sizes and have a genuine love for them all. I am currently doing clinical work for graduate school through December, working 8-4pm Monday - Friday. I can provide pet care around that schedule . I am very reliable and trustworthy. About: I don’t have professional experience, but ever since I was about 13 years old, I helped a lot with different family member’s dogs and cats; such as grooming, feeding, waking, and just spending time with them. I have personal experience with both puppies and senior dogs. I don’t have a very busy schedule right now, so I am available any day of the week that works best for you and your pets. Ways for I care for the pets in my home include playing with them with toys, petting them, walking them, feeding them with food and treats, and playing with them outside.

About: I have experience with cows, horses, dogs, cats, pigs, Guinea pigs, fish, chickens etc from basic feeding and cleaning to much more depending on needs I am currently working part time, and am self employed. About: With experience as a kennel attendant, I have worked with hundreds of different dogs, and am comfortable walking the smallest toy breeds to giant breeds like mastiffs or Great Danes. I have worked with a variety of different personalities and am capable of caring for terminally ill, disabled, or special needs pets! I am currently a college student and mostly spend my time studying if not hanging out with my own pets. I’m available for drop-in visits Monday morning-afternoon, all day Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays after 3, and Fridays until 2 at this time. I am also available Saturdays and Sundays after 4! I care for everyone’s pets as if they’re my own - following their owner’s schedule as closely as possible to ensure their comfort and keep them stress-free! I also like to send owners updates with photos to ease any anxiety about being away from your baby!

About: My adult daughter brought home a pup 4 years ago and I have been forever changed. I now get the unconditional love thing. I want to be around animals more than I do people!!! SO I am relatively new at it but very enthusiastic and want to help the owners. For the summer, I wanted a little more freedom in my life so I am choosing to try pet care for three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Currently, I am not available for weekends - although there might be an occasional weekend I might be available. I am happy to care for pets in your home and will adhere to all your guidelines! I would also love to care for your dog in my home, although it is rather small.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. Recently I worked at a Doggy Day Care where I ensured the safety of over 20 dogs by myself at a given time. I promise to love and take care of your dog like they were my own Open schedule. Weekends and weekdays acceptable. Overnights, one dog at a time. My focus will be solely on your dog. About: I have about 10 years of hands-on dog experience and a solid understanding of dog body language, behaviour, and psychology. I am also currently working on gaining my first dog training certification (expected July 2025). My training specialty has landed on service dogs, but I still have experience with basic obedience, tricks, and behaviour modification. While I do work a regular job, I dedicate the rest of my time to helping you and your dog(s) in whatever way you need. Be it check-ins, house sitting, or walks! No matter what, I prioritise your pup’s comfort and safety. I pay close attention to body language and behaviour changes to make sure they stay safe, happy, and stress-free. Any instructions are followed closely to ensure your pup’s routine is kept consistent, medications are given on time, and any preferences are respected. For walks and drop-ins I focus on creating a fun, enriching experience while still prioritising safety. For house sitting, I treat your home with care and respect. I stick to your dog’s regular routine as close as possible and make sure that their needs are met. I’m also able to take your pup to veterinary and grooming appointments if needed. We can even go for a hike or to the beach with your permission! But please note I do NOT take dogs to dog parks.

About: I’ve had a dog in my household since I was about 8 years old so basic animal care is easy for me. I also currently have a 2 year old puppy and 4 yr old toddler pup as well as a 4yr old cat. My first dog in the family just passed last yr she was an old girl, but gave me new experiences with an older dog. My cousin has me watch her dog most times she’s out of town and other family members and friends have asked me as well. I always loved animals since I was 3 working with them in some way has always been a passion to me and I hope one day I can expand that. I’m currently working full time, but love to slip in some animal care when possible. My passion has been working with animals since I was three and this seems as a good start for my ladder. I do have a medium size puppy who loves dogs as well. So if your dog is pet friendly a play mate is always great for the amount of energy she has! I like to try and be strict when it comes to basic training with my puppy because I want him to have respect for other people and dogs. So if given certain commands I will help enforce your skills you’ve worked on with your animal. I use stay, sit, no jumping, lay down, leave it, and here with my dog so if you also do that’s normal commands for me.
