About: New to Rover, not new to pet sitting! I have been pet sitting since the early 2000s, starting by taking care of my neighbors, friends, and families pets as a first job. Now, it’s something that brings me great joy outside of my day job. I work remote, so I’m fully available to check in & help with your fur babies 7 days a week at any time. During my spare time, I volunteer at a cat sanctuary that specializes in re-socializing abused cats. This has given me experience in proper medication administration, baths, and behavioral rehabilitation. I’m a pet owner myself & know how stressful it can be to leave your fur babies at home with a stranger. Let me help so you can stress less! I work full-time, permanently remote with a flexible job & hours. I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings whether it be for spontaneous trips or weekly scheduled visits. Pet care not only fits into my day to day life & job, but it’s what brings me joy! Safety & trust are my top priorities myself. Having two pets of my own at home, I understand the stress of having someone new visit your animals. Let’s chat about your expectations & needs per pet before visits begin. I promise to follow your rules to a T to ensure all steps are followed & everyone is safe.

“Ayla was a great sitter for my dog and senior cat for a long weekend. She came for an interview before the booking where she was pleasant to talk to and my dog warmed up to her a bit. During the booking, she took great care of our babies. Her communication was excellent. Will definitely book again.”

“Sara was fantastic! She gladly agreed to meet us in advance for a meet and greet and our dog immediately gave her kisses! A good sign for our usually hesitant dachshund. :) She made us feel extremely comfortable leaving our baby in her hands and didn’t flinch at my paranoia regarding our sticky door lock. She arrived on time for all scheduled visits, stayed plenty long enough for Madeiline to do her business and still get some snuggles in. She was super responsive and sent multitude of pictures of their adventures. Arrived home to a happy and relaxed puppy. Would definitely recommend Sara to any other dog parents out there and will be using her again ourselves. Thank you Sara!”

About: I have cared for multiple senior dogs who required medication and gentle care. I have also cared for puppies who were crate and potty training. I started dog walking and sitting around the neighborhood at 13. I also own a German shepherd mix so I have experience with high energy breeds and larger dogs. I work part time, usually only 3 days a week so I would like to do dog walking on the side to keep myself occupied through the summer. I fully care for my dog at home. I have trained him from a 16 week old puppy. I take on the grooming, walking, vet appointments, ect. When dog sitting I have been asked to walk dogs, administer medication, assist in training, and clean up after the dogs outside.

“Bill is Fantastic. He is great with the dogs and they always come back well excericed from their walk! Also appreciate how well Bill communicates and confirms his arrival and availability”

About: Hi there! I have been watching animals for the past 20 years (both my own and friends'). I currently have a cat named Kona and a dog named Indy. Kona is full of spunk and has a great personality. She has experience living with dogs and is well socialized. Indy is still a playful puppy and a bit of a goofball. He’s well socialized and loves to play with other dogs (both large and small). In terms of care experience, I have experience with training and building social confidence. I also have significant experience working with senior cats and dogs: mobility issues, medications, blindness/deafness, seizures, and incontinence. As a recent puppy adopter, I also have experience with younger animals and can help with socialization, training, etc. I’m currently working hybrid, so have flexibility for walks and drop in visits. I have a preference for walks in the early morning and late afternoon / evening. I have a fenced in yard and live near the 606 trail. We often take walks around the neighborhood and play a bit in the backyard.

About: I have had at least one dog in my household since elementary school. Good with all breeds & sizes! Love to go on walks and exceptionally good at cuddles! I work Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5:00. Recently separated and rarely get to see my dog, who is my absolute pride and joy. I have so much love to give and would take amazing care of your furry loved ones! Will provide walks and all the cuddles!! Dogs allowed on furniture if that is ok with you! Smoke free/child free home. Will send photo/video updates if you’d like!

“Amy was very sweet to our dog. We left on a week long vacation and because he is labeled as a “difficult” dog no one can keep him overnight with other dogs. Amy visited him 3 times a day and made sure he was happy. We didn’t have to worry about him like we always do. She came on time, never had a call telling us she couldn’t make it. It was wonderful. Will will be seeking out Amy again in the future.”

About: I’ve taken care of lizards and dogs. I’ve trained my own dog, and he has been canine good citizen certified. My dog gets along well with other dogs but in the event of an issue I have pens and crates to separate animals with consent. I currently provide time to walk my dog each morning, afternoon and night with play time during the day as I work from home. I am very flexible. 2-3 walks daily, with play time or training once to burn energy. My complex has a dog park which I utilize about once a week

“We have two dogs in the house and one is basically Arizona's. She's had a true passion for dogs at a young age. She has been a very responsible dog owner as a teenager and young adult. Family, friends, and neighbors are amazed how well of a dog owner she is. Arizona has great experience training dogs especially since she taught herself how to train. She loves being outdoors with any dog and walking dogs would not be a chore for her, but pure enjoyment.”

Hannah J.
“Hannah has grown up caring for her pets. Early on she spoke of becoming a vet and never hesitated accompanying her pets to their vet appointments/surgeries. Her childhood books would featured dogs or horses. Losing her first SCWT at 3 yrs old, she begged to have another SCWT in our family. By her 8th Christmas, a puppy was promised and delivered that following June. In transitioning between home and college, she rescued a SCWT and they have become close travel companions. Hannah is mindful of the care and energy pet companions require and is an advocate for their well-being. She is nurturing, responsible, anticipates, plans, and sees tasks to completion.”

Natalie B.
“I cannot recommend Natalie highly enough! From the moment we connected, she demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and a genuine love for animals. My dog, Rebel, can be a bit excitable around new people, but Natalie made quick friends with him. During the sitting, I received frequent updates, including photos and messages, which reassured me that Rebel was happy, well-cared for, and getting plenty of attention. Whether it was sticking to his feeding schedule, going for long walks, or providing playtime, Natalie took care of Rebel like he was her own. If you’re looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and attentive dog sitter, look no further than Natalie. I will absolutely be booking her again in the future! Let me know if you’d like any adjustments—happy to fine-tune it!”

“Hey friends Ashley is a close friend of mine and she is my go to person when I need someone to pet sit for my fur babies. I have one German shepherd and three cats. She does an excellent job taking care of them when I’m gone. She really cares for them which is why I trust her so much. Taking the time to engage with them and play at their favorite activities. If I need them to take a meditation, she’ll take care of it. She’ll clean up after them and update me with the cutest pictures. Ensuring why I feel so safe and satisfied when she’s watching over them. Trusting someone with our pets is important. They’re like family to us. You won’t be disappointed with Ashely as she will treat them just like family.”
