We received photos, a video montage/slide show, and the most adorable full sheet of little stories about what Poppi did, didn’t do, and other fun things. Natalie was very flexible, both our departure and return times changed, and she was very agreeable to the changes- and happily accommodated said changes. Natalie’s daughter totally embraced Poppi’s loving nature (I.e. lots of licky kisses!) which was above and beyond. I hate to provide such a glowing review because I’d selfishly like to keep her all to myself, but that wouldn’t be fair! All dogs deserve to be loved and cared for as my Poppi has been.
